    Ishikawa Kaga-shi
"This restaurant is in the center of Rokuro no Sato, is about 1 kilometer from central Yamanaka Onsen village. The shop, in one section of a renovated kominka (old house) offers local cuisine and handmade soba noodles. Their famous dish, Kudzukiri no Keshizu-ae (a salad of kudzu starch noodles), is a local specialty with history going back years. It is a dish of three-colored kuzu noodles that are dipped in a separate bowl of ""keshizu,"" a mix of crushed sesame, tofu, and vinegar, before being eaten. Many tourists come from afar to enjoy the old-fashioned rustic taste. T Their soba-making classes, allowing you to try everything from the first step of flour sieve to the final cut, are also popular."

A Kutani ware museum and cafe produced by Kaburaki Shoho, a Kutani ware ceramics studio. In the front of the establishment, there is a Kutani ware shop and a gallery containing colorful, ancient examples of the art form. The cafe space faces the inner garden, and here you can enjoy coffee and lunch, obanzai light home-style cooking in the evening, and other dishes. It goes without saying that everything is served on Kutani ware, giving customers the chance to experience Kutani ware ceramics in a way that is not possible by only looking at them in a shop or museum exhibit.

The walk through Nagamachi is beautiful and peaceful! We found this spot for a coffee and desert break and we all needed to rest our feet! If you can find it, you will enjoy it!

Located on the bank of the Asano River in an area where the traditional elegance of Kanazawa still heavily colors the atmosphere, this long-standing restaurant has been serving nabe for over 60 years. The menu consists of just one type of nabe.
