Located at the Manzen Intersection where Prefectural Route 12 meets Prefectural Route 68, this roadside station's parking lot can accommodate 100 vehicles. Their farm stand features produce brought in fresh every morning by Inagawa Town farmers. On Mondays and Thursdays, a group of them are available to chat with customers about their produce, ways to prepare it, and more. Buckwheat is an Inagawa Town specialty, and the restaurant serves soba noodles made with 100% buckwheat flour. They have sweets like soft serve ice cream made with soba tea and kine-tsuki (mochi pounding) mochi rice cakes too. Their monthly events showcase the produce of the season, and the venue gets packed with the locals.

"Tamba region is said to be a treasure house of good taste, and there are many food products whose names are prefixed with ""Tamba"". In addition to confections made with Tamba chestnuts, Tamba Dainagon azuki beans, and Tamba black soybeans, some side dishes are also popular. The black soybean edamame is very popular as well because it is only available for a limited time. A Zenzai (sweet azuki-bean soup containing pieces of rice cake) Fair is held from December to February, with about 40 stores in the city competing to offer the best taste. It is a spot where you can enjoy delicious zenzai."

    道の駅あおがきに入っている和食のお店です。 お蕎麦がメインのようです。 とでも、出汁も美味で、美味しかったです。

Hyogo Areas

around-area-map

Hyogo prefecture stretches from the north coast to the south coast on the western end of the popular Kansai region, encompassing verdant mountains, urban beaches, and fantastic historical sights. The prefecture’s main attractions lie along the south coast at Kobe, the prefectural capital, a pretty harbor city best known for its production of the renowned Kobe beef, and Himeji, the home of Himeji Castle, one of the country’s most beautifully preserved feudal castles, perched magically atop a hill.
