Kikyo Shingen Mochi has been awarded many prizes including the honorary president award, at the National Confectionery Exposition. The factory is surrounded by lush vegetation with a site area of 11,000 square meters and a total floor area of 5,000 square meters. On the factory tour you can see how 100,000 pieces of Kikyo Shingen Mochi a day are packed meticulously by hand. You can also have a go at packing some of the mochi and enjoy sampling some of the delicious sweets. Admission is free and advance reservations are not required if going alone. Factory tour times are fixed so be sure to check in advance.

In a shop with over 120 years of history, founded in the Meiji period, they make wine from grapes grown in the company's own farm. お盆で販売店のみ営業。試飲の後で、炎天下の中うちわを貸してくれ、畑を案内して頂きました。なんでも少し前までフランスで修行してたとのこと。彼からブドウの説明を受けたら、もっと応援したくなっちゃいました。ワインは種類によってみんな違う味わいでした。コロナでお客さんは半分くらいだそうですが、負けずに美味しいワインを作っていって欲しいです。

ぶどうツアーで立ち寄りました。ガラス製品メインのお土産屋さんです。食品などのお土産も多少おいてありました。また隣にぶどう販売店もあります。ワイングラス館という名前ですがワイングラス自体はそんなに種類置いておらず、普通のグラスが大半でしたので、がっつりワイングラスを選びたい方には不向きです。個人としてはいろいろと見て回れて楽しかったです。

初めて錦城ワインを買いました。生ワインの一升瓶は、赤ワインと白ワインのブレンドとの事、ラベルにはロゼワインとは載ってなく、色は赤ワインに近いです。火入れしてないので生ワインとの事です(一升瓶ワインの写真もアップしました。)。辛口で美味しいワインです。
