    A sake brewery located in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. The only sake brewery in Hakata, the building has been designated a National Tangible Cultural Property. The brewery's kura storehouse was built in 1870 and today is the only brewery still making sake in Hakata. In addition to selling sake, the brewery has a restaurant and banquet space and is available for weddings.

    "A salt factory located in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture where products such as Mataichi salt are made. Visitors can see how salt is made and purchase a variety of goods, including salt pan boiled eggs; vaunted salt bread; and the ever popular ""Hanashio Pudding,"" sprinkled with salt. In addition, the facility also sells pork cutlet sandwiches and homemade sausage hot dogs together with coffee and seasonal fruit juices."

    またいちの塩のプリンといえば糸島名物です。 とろとろのプリンにカラメルと甘さを引き立てる塩が絶妙で人気ぐあるのも納得の味です。 取り寄せてまで食べたくなるプリンとも言われていますが、実際に食べてみるとそれも納得の味でした。

    “HAKUHAKU” is a museum of Hakata’s food culture which opened by “Fukuya,” the first place to sell spicy cod roe in Japan. It is divided into the five zones of museum, experience workshop, factory observation, cafe and shop. The spicy cod roe creation experience can be reserved up to 5 p.m. three days beforehand, though same-day reservation may be possible depending on the circumstance. It is around a 16-minute walk from JR Yoshizuka Station.

    工場見学が楽しい。めんたい作りも体験できるようで、たくさん人が参加してました。レストランの定食は観光地価格で高いです。しかもご飯は炊いてから時間が立っているようで、めちゃくちゃ固かった。

They also have a cafe restaurant where you can enjoy wine paired with meals made using local ingredients, a shop where you can try wine samples, as well as a BBQ area with all materials available (reservation required).

Akizuki Washi Japanese paper is a traditional craft that dates back to the Edo period and is still made using the same traditional techniques. Along with selling Washi and goods made with Washi paper they also offer hands-on paper making classes (reservation required).

    旧秋月街道から少し入ったところにあります。紙漉きの体験もできます。朝倉高校の卒業証書を作っているそうです。和紙の卒業証書、それも地元のもの、素晴らしいことです。

    西鉄二日市駅より歩いて５分ほど。ＪＲ二日市駅からも歩いていくことができますが、西鉄からのほうがわかりやすいです。福岡県で一番古い酒蔵で、予約すれば蔵見学も可能。予約がなくても事務室となっている建物は出入り自由なので、県外にはあまり出回らないお酒の味を楽しむため、扉を開いてみるのをお薦めします。お願いすれば試飲も写真撮影も可能なので、お酒好きなら立ち寄る価値があります。

The brewery sells Muhomatsu, a refined sake crafted with water from the Fukuchi mountains and choice sake rice. With an advance reservation, visitors can tour the brewery. Higashi Ono Hachiman Shrine and Ideura, a renowned destination for viewing fireflies, are also located nearby, and many people stop by here to visit while checking out these other two popular sightseeing destinations.

    別府にあるクラフトビールのマイクロブルワリーです。福岡のこの業界では老舗の部類に入るでしょう。こぢんまりとしていますが、ドリンクインもできます。自家醸造なのでわりとリーズナブルに飲めるので重宝します。

    日帰りバスツアーで訪問しました。第３セクター（立花町、ＪＡふくおか八女、キウイ生産農家からの出資）が運営しています。ワイン工場、ビール工場の見学に行くと、アルコール以外のソフトドリンクの試飲もありますが、ここはありません。アルコールのみです。ドライバーさんと、アルコール苦手な私と二人で、残念ですねと、意気投合しました。
