    "This public bathhouse was established in 1937 and is located in Ota Ward, Tokyo. The waters of the bathhouse' sodium hydrogen carbonate spring and chloride mineral spring are black and thus the facility is also known as the ""black bathhouse."" The bathhouse abundant array of facilities include high and low temperature baths, a jet bath, electric bath, bath heated from below, and sauna. The bathhouse provides shampoo, body soap, and dryers. There is a large lounge on the second floor with karaoke and food, and here customers can forget the everyday and experience a carefree hot spring journey."

    Train went a different way then planned and this was the nearest onsen to where we ended up. Great little spot. Cheap, black water which was an adventure. Recommend

The water type is a sodium-hydrocarbonate saline cold mineral spring, and it is believed to be effective for nerve and muscle pain, sensitivity to cold, and to aid recovery from fatigue. The background picture of Mt. Fuji, symbolizing Japanese public baths, was a joint project between contemporary artists and public bath specialists. Many overseas tourists also come to see this.

    "The hot spring water at this onsen is naturally dark as ink and has earned it the name Kuro-yu, or ""Black Hot Water."" About five minutes on foot from Kamata Station, the water is pumped up from 120 meters underground. The area around today's Ota Ward is thought to have been at the bottom of the sea in ancient times. Runoff from fossilized vegetative matter and peat deep underground mixing with the geothermal water has resulted in the brown-black hot spring of today. Tasteless, odorless, and weakly alkaline, it has a reputation for making the skin smooth and keeping the body nice and warm for an extended period. The bathhouse is equipped with features like a cascade bath, a vibrating bath, and a sitting bath for extended relaxation."

    銭湯というより、温泉レジャー施設の雰囲気である。階上は居酒屋かカラオケがあるらしく、とても賑やかであった。銭湯部分と階上部分は自由に行き来出来るらしい。銭湯施設は、新しさは無いものの、ジャグジーやサウナも揃っている。黒湯の温泉は別棟にあるのだが、透明度ほぼゼロの真っ黒なもので、白いタオルなら一瞬で、醤油で煮染めたようになる。サラッとしてて、床が滑らないのは良い。どちらにしてもコレで470円はお得だ...

    This public bath using a natural hot spring is located two minutes from Nakanobu Station in a corner of a shopping street that stretches from the station. With its iconic yellow-edged, shrine-style roof, visitors can enjoy feeling like they've stepped back in time to the Showa era (1926-1989). It is notable for its use of natural spring water for everything from the baths, to the showers and after-bath rinse. Mt. Fuji is drawn on the walls of the spacious bath rooms, and wooden tubs line the washing area. The bathhouse often serves as a set for advertisements and TV shows, and the bathhouse's unique front area houses rows of celebrity autographs. There are two kinds of charming bath rooms that rotate between being men or women only every other week.

    A natural hot spring that has been flowing non-stop since its excavation in 1955. Visitors enjoy its brown-black spring which is rare nationwide. Located in a residential area and popular with the locals, many enjoy its early 10 a.m. start for a morning soak as the nearest spa treatment. On the second floor, there is a spacious rest area where bathers socialize while they unwind (fee applies). It's open until midnight, so great for stopping by on the way home from work as well.

    地元の人が利用する銭湯といった感じ。たまに大きなお風呂に入りたくなり行きます。店の前に5台くらい無料で車もとめられるので便利です。行くときはタオルなどは持っていくと良いです。

    風呂場は狭くて湯温も40度と低く体を温めることはできなかった。シャンプーはボディソープも十分な数はなく、いちいち取りに行く必要があった。着替え室も寒く風邪をひきそうになった。ドライヤーは置いてあったが、椅子はなく立ったままでやることになった。何十年ぶりに銭湯に行ったが、残念な思いであった。

    銭湯ですので、規定料金で入れます。 ここの特徴は午後からだけでなく朝風呂があること。営業時間は6:00〜11:00と14:00〜23:00です。黒湯ではない温泉(塩化物冷鉱泉)です。 羽田空港朝着でひとっ風呂も可能ですよ。 さっぱりします。自分は好きな泉質です。

    黒湯温泉の銭湯です。サウナに入るには100円追加で支払います。サウナ内にはテレビもあり。黒湯温泉の湯船の温度は40度ちょっとなので、丁度良いと感じる湯温でした。2階にレストランがあったりして普通の銭湯にしては設備が充実しています。

    東急池上線・御嶽山駅近くにある昔からある銭湯です。今回、初めて利用しました。 お湯は淡褐色の天然温泉で、気泡風呂、超音波風呂、サウナなどもあります。 昔からある銭湯ですが、改装されており、浴室も脱衣所も清潔で、快適にお風呂を利用することができました。

    久が原駅前にあります。土日はサウナ無料なのが嬉しいです。銭湯ですが、黒湯の天然温泉です。お湯は熱めですが、水風呂がないのが残念です。店員さんもあまり愛想よくありません。
