    This is a rare town-run brewery and is known for brewing Japanese shochu (liquor) from potato as the raw material for the first time in Japan. The potato shochu which is a special product of Kiyosato Town is characterized by its soft flavor not found in sweet potato shochu. Tourists can visit the brewery for free. Visits may not be possible during the winter season when production ceases, so please contact in advance and reservations are recommended.

    この一帯だけ牧場の雰囲気です。 外で散策するのもいいです。 建物の2階が売店と乳牛に関する展示で、1階が製造工場です。 夕方6時には閉館してしまうので、出かける際は注意が必要です。
