    This sake brewery is on Prefectural Route 4 in Kobara, Kasumi Ward, Kami Town, Mikata County. They make choice Kasumitsuru sake brewed with the traditional Kimoto and Yamahai technique. You can reserve your spot for one of their free brewery tours and purchase a bottle or some of their original products made with sake and sake lees at their shop, which also holds free tastings. There are paid tastings in their lounge which offers sweets made with sake, too.

    This marine products company is adjacent to Hamasaka Port in Ashiya, Shinonsen Town, Mikata County. There's a fresh seafood market on the first floor. Their Ajinamiki Eatery on the second floor serves set meals, rice bowl dishes, banquet cuisine, and more featuring seafood. The Aranami Sushi Shop opens during the evening from Friday to Sunday and on holidays.

    One of the stores run by Tanzawa Co., Ltd. specializing in natural stones, the store sells accessories and small items using natural stones, including "deep sea blue," a deep blue color like that of the deep sea, and "yozakura pink," a lustrous color like cherry blossoms. Also, since Kinosaki is famous for its snow crab fishing, straps with a crab motif are popular as souvenirs.

    A five-minute drive from Kinosaki Onsen Hot Springs, the Tajima Fisheries Cooperative's direct sales shop next to Tsuiyama Port offers freshly caught seafood from the Sea of Japan auctioned off at the fishing market, and a large aquarium in the store where you can watch freshly caught fish swim by. The Tsuiyama crab with a brand tag is especially popular in winter.

    Located a 3-minute walk from Toyooka Station on the Zentan Bus, this regional local industry promotion center, nicknamed Jiba-san TAJIMA, gathers together local industrial products from three cities and two towns in Tajima for exhibition and sales to promote development. At the Jibasan Shop, visitors can purchase products such as Toyooka bags, Toyooka kiryu-zaiku, and Izushi pottery, which are Tajima's local industrial brands.

    "Located along Route 426, this farmers' market sells fresh vegetables from local farmers, processed products with a traditional mother's taste, etc. Fresh seasonal vegetables picked in the morning, moss balls, seedlings and cut flowers are also available. In addition to nostalgic kakimochi (rice cakes), pickled plums, and handmade cookies, the store also offers fresh eggs directly from the poultry farm, soy sauce specially made for tamagokake gohan, and the ""tamagokake gohan set meal"" available at the neighboring Tajima restaurant."

Every Saturday from May to October, a ""Saturday Morning Market"" is held, selling seasonal produce produced in the area from early in the morning."

    城崎名物のだんじり、という和菓子があります。ペッちゃんこの平たいあんこ饅頭のようなものですが、食べ比べてこちらが美味しかったです。この店では「独鈷水」どっこすい、という名で売られています。他にも小さくて一杯入った柚もなか、がお勧め。工芸品の麦わら細工もあります。ここは立ち寄って買い物すべきお店です。

    コウノトリのキティちゃん目当てで伺いました。 コウノトリグッズがたくさんあります。 お客さんはほぼ居らず、じっくり快適に商品を選ぶことが出来ました。 コウノトリお米めんが賞味期限間近のため、 半額で売ってました。

    いつものおかきを食べ歩きするつもりでこちらに来たのですが、寺子屋本舗で初めて見るお徳用割れおかきがあって、こちらを買いました。香ばしさがたまらないおかきです。ソフトもあって、おかき屋さんらしく醤油ソフトもありました。
