    "This product store which deals in specialty products is located approximately 20 minutes by the bus heading towards Ikaho Hot Spring from the JR Shibukawa Station. It has a wealth of specialty products and famous confectionery made in Gunma Prefecture. Two varieties—mashed red bean paste, and smooth red bean paste—of Yu no Hana Manju are made and sold here. The Matcha flavor, which has Matcha mixed in is also a very popular limited product. The store also recommends one of Japan's three great udon, ""Mizusawa Udon"", as well as the various local specialty Konjac produced in Gunma Prefecture. The store has a restaurant, for customers to easily stop by."

    伊香保温泉の行き帰りに立ち寄るのに便利な立地です。上州物産館の名の通り、上州の名産品、特産品を取り揃えたお店です。広い駐車を有し、大型バスにも対応できます。1階は広く、雑貨もありますが、土産の中心は食べ物です。試食もできますので贈った相手に喜ばれる土産探しができます。水沢うどんを食することのできる「お食事処 まつり茶屋」を併設しています。2階は団体専用の食事処です。

    This direst sales outlet and restaurant is located along National Route 353 in Nakanojo Town, and was established to tell people how delicious Tamagoya’s eggs are. The famous Nakanojo Chockie baked confectionaries are made with eggs from affiliated farms located at the foot of Mt. Haruna and flour and milk produced in Gunma Prefecture. The outlet mainly sells its own 100% additive-free fresh confectionaries and baked confectionaries, as well as freshly laid eggs, local agricultural produce and crafts produced by affiliated companies. The restaurant’s Tamagoya Omelet Rice is very popular.

    今回は「チーズオムライス+アラビアータソース」と「アフォガード」をいただきました。トマトソースとタマゴはベストマッチですね、美味しいです。デザートの「アフォガード」も別売ですが、いただいちゃいました。美味しかったです。

    This tourism facility is located in Ueno Village, Tano County, Gunma Prefecture, at the final stop of the Ueno Village bus route. It is operated by Ueno Cooperative Association of Fisheries. In addition to sightseeing information provided by large multi-screen monitors and television broadcasts, there is also a rest area where visitors can find information on the internet. There is also a shop which sells a large selection of Ueno Village souvenirs, including products made from Jukkoku miso and inobuta (a wild boar—domestic pig hybrid), and a café corner, where visitors can enjoy coffee, ice cream and a mushroom curry made with an abundant amount of locally grown mushrooms.

    頼りになるのが、この川の駅です。何度か昼飯を食べさせてもらいました。特段に美味しいものにありつけるわけではないのですが、贅沢は言えないところです。

    "This ""slightly strange"" variety store is located in a quiet area of the mountains near Ikaho Hot Springs. It deals in clothing and paper, wood and soil. The store is, in fact, a relocated Japanese-style house. Inside, various miscellaneous items line the shelves, such as recycled kimono, clothing with original designs, creative clothing made from old materials, Chirimen craftworks, natural stones, and others. Among these items, is a huge Tsurushi Kazari that hangs from the ceiling and is listed in the Guinness Book of Records for the number of decorations that make it up. In the café within the shop, specialty donuts and other snacks and drinks are for sale."

They recommend the original souvenirs, which are created by melding layers of colorful glass and glass powder on a glass base at around 800 degrees Celsius in a process called ""fusing"" to make items such as pendants and chopstick rests. The most popular ""Kaleidoscope Crafting"" allows visitors to choose between using the basic dry type or an oil wand type."

One of the most popular items on the plentiful menu is the slow-boiled egg which is cooked in hot spring water.     This is a rest area on the Onioshi Highway; it has a great view and is located between Karuizawa and Kusatsu/Manza. The facility houses shops selling local agricultural products and wild vegetables as well as snacks as gifts to take home with you and an outdoor dog run (free of charge). There is also a restaurant where you can eat while looking out at the magnificent scenery of the Rokurigahara Plain.

The farm’s ice creams, juice, and jams made with organic blueberries are certified as Akagi no Megumi brand products, a mark only given to quality foods produced in Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture. Processed foods are available for sale year round. The farm area where visitors can pick and gather fruits and vegetables has been featured in numerous magazines and on TV, and in 2009 was certified for organic products under the Ei Farm name.

The shop sells a wide variety of souvenirs such as confectionery, local sake, noodles and pickles, and miscellaneous goods. The shop’s own brand Yukemuri Series which includes bath powders and shampoo, etc. using the natural spring waters and mineral deposits from Kusatsu Onsen are also popular.

    ヨーロッパの街にありそうなお店でフラッと入ってみました。おみやげやさんです。 食べ歩きにおすすめのメニューもあったので、若者向けな感じでした。

    This farmers market opened in 2009 is located an 18-minute/10 kilometer drive from the Shibukawa-Ikaho interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway via Prefectural Route 33. In addition to fresh picked vegetables, the market's diverse selection includes Mizusawa udon noodles, Ikaho Onsen manju buns, and fresh flowers. Of particular note is the market which sells local products straight from the producers. Selling organic vegetables, specially cultivated vegetables, and mineral-rich vegetables, all of the vegetables reassuringly bear the name of the producer and production area. Yukian, the market's restaurant, serves spicy, flavorful curry udon noodles.

    8月11日訪問 盆休みの激混みの中、軽井沢方面の抜け道として伊香保ルートを選択した際に立ち寄り。 中に併設されている名物のカレーうどんは食することは出来なかったけど、弁当がありその中に鮎めしがありこれが安く非常に美味しかったです。 川魚は好き嫌いあるところですが、この鮎めしの鮎は当然頭から全て食べられますし、米も薫りが良い。 他にもお土産も揃っているので非常にお勧めかと思います。

    A cultural facility built to support art and culture activities in Maebashi City. The facility makes use of a former commercial complex located in the heart of the city. In addition to hold irregular special exhibitions, the facility holds art tours and workshops which can be enjoyed by everyone from small children to senior citizens. In the facility's archive, you can view records of its activities as well as books on the arts. The adjoining cafe serves seasonal coffees and tasty sweets prepared by a patissier. The museum shop sells colorful art merchandise.

    The first day of HIKKURIKOGAKKURIKO. It was possible to know good of the town in Maebashi. Here is home of Hagiwara Sakutaro and Ryoji Arai. It was the nice art museum where I touch an area.

    A farmers market located a 15-minute drive from the Tsukiyono interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway. The market sells safe, healthy produce year-round and also holds food education farming experiences which teach participants the fun of making and the fun of flavor. Here you can purchase fresh vegetables harvested that very day and, depending on the season, go cherry and blueberry picking. The market also offers classes where you can make soba noodles by hand using 100% locally grown buckwheat flour. The market's restaurant serves soba noodle dishes with home grown vegetables and edible wild plants as well as udon noodles and donburi rice bowls.
