- This sake company brewery is situated on the Koya Kaido in Nagano-cho, Kawachinagano City. The longstanding company, established in 1718, makes Amanosake, a local Kawachinagano sake, as well as foods and sweets which make use of sake lees and brewer's rice flour. The company also regularly holds guided brewery tours which include product tasting and a souvenir (reservation required). The dozo storehouse of the company's former store has been designated a national Tangible Cultural Property.

- A soy sauce factory located in Ishizu Kita-machi, Sakai Ward, Sakai City. This soy sauce company is the only one located in Osaka. Founded in 1800, the company has been making soy sauce for 200 years. The company offers free factory tours (advance reservation required at least 10 days in advance), and tour goers can learn about the history of soy sauce and the processes involved in making soy sauce, and view the factory's production line.
