Its length and diameter must be 16 cm and 23 mm, respectively."

- Hato-no-Su Kamameshi, creator of individually home-made cuisine such as kamameshi (a rice dish cooked in an iron pot), river fish and wild vegetables, uses shimeji mushrooms from Okutama and Okutama trout in its dishes and is also registered as a restaurant which serves specialty ingredients from Tokyo. As well as, of course, their kamameshi, other recommended dishes include Okutama trout sashimi. The Japanese trout usually eaten grilled with salt is well worth eating as sashimi.

イオンスタイル河辺店1階フードコートにあるリンガーハット。どこにでもあるリンガーハットです。フードコートなので座席の確保が大変そうに思われるかもしれませんが、お昼以外は大丈夫。青梅線河辺駅前なので通勤通学の人も多いです。
