    This museum presents the history and culture of the Nakasendo Road's Ota-juku. It is about five minutes south of the Tokai-Kanjo Expressway's Minokamo Interchange on National Route 41. The exhibition room recreates the appearance of the Edo period post town with interactive panels and tactile displays, and you can also view images depicting Princess Kazunomiya's grand procession. Their Yadorigi break area serves drinks and meals made with local ingredients, and you can purchase souvenirs from their shop. Their Itoyuan section introduces people with a connection to Minokamo City.

    "A Hida and Omi beef restaurant located close to the Ibukiyama Driveway Gatea five-minute drive from the Sekigahara Interchange on the Meishin Expressway. Here customers can enjoy a meal along with a view of the seasonally changing beauty of Ikedera Pond. The most popular item on the menu is the two color Omi beef rice bowl, a donburi rice bowl topped with a mound of homemade roast beef and shigureni stewed beef, both made with Omi beef. The hearty and spicy Omi beef helmet curry is topped with roast beef arranged in the shape of the kabuto helmets of the Sekigahara samurai of old. The restaurant's stunning ""Tenka-don"" rice bowls, limited to just five customers a day, are piled high with a spiraling tower of roast beef."

    "A restaurant that's part of the HIKARU MUSEUM, the largest museum in the Chubu area. Guests dine on casual fare like pasta and curry and sweets like cakes and waffles in the wide-open shop with its large glass windows. The restaurant recommends its own soft and fluffy chiffon cake. Chiffon means ""silk fabric,"" and their additive and artificial flavor free banana chiffon cake is worthy of the name. Their ""jade ramen"" made with soft shell turtle extract, fried garlic, and specially made low-calorie chlorella noodles is also popular."

    Very good drinks, in a beautiful view restaurant. Cheese-cake was not that good, but other cakes were better. Seems like they have very nice lunch food-menu, but we did not try, since we were not...

    This restaurant is located in Shirakawago, a world heritage site. You can enjoy a meal inside this kominka (old house) with a gassho (large thatched roof) style built over 250 years ago. Their menu is centered on unique local char dishes, mountain vegetable dishes, and meat grilled on magnolia leaves. Because they often receive many reservations by large groups, sometimes you can only visit by reserving in advance depending on the time of year. In addition, the second floor has an exhibition room decorated with old everyday items that depicts the lifestyle at the time to modern audiences.

    A European style restaurant located in the Suimeikan hot spring hotel. For breakfast, the restaurant serves sweet fresh fruit juices and tomato juice as well as original dishes made with Hida ingredients. For lunch, you can enjoy a casual course meal or the restaurant’s “Premium Burger” set meal made with Hida beef and limited to just 20 customers a day. For dinner, the establishment offers seasonal meals, a variety of course meals made with Hida beer, and a premium dinner course which includes a flambé dessert, perfect for special occasions and anniversaries. Here diners can enjoy dishes incorporating an abundance of Hida ingredients enwrapped in a quiet and soothing atmosphere.

    This facility is located a short walk from Nagara Railway’s Gujo-Hachiman Station in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. There is a restaurant where you can eat a Hida beef rice bowl set and hoba-yaki (grilled beef on magnolia leaf) and learn how to make matcha green tea, and a souvenir shop where you can purchase specialties such as Myogata or Meiho ham, or hoba miso (miso grilled with onion on magnolia leaves). In addition, with the cooperation of Iwasaki Company, maker of food samples, you can experience making samples of things like tempura and lettuce. They also sell key chains and straps using plastic food samples.

    This retro-modern complex is part of the Japan Taisho Village theme park which reproduces the ambiance of a Taisho Period town. It's five minutes on foot from Akechi Railway's Akechi Station. Their first-floor cafe'scafes thick and rich “Nameraka Pudding is popular. Kawakami Eatery on the second floor serves dishes like fried chicken chunks on rice, a local favorite. They use lots of local ingredients in their value priced lunches and dinners. They also have a variety of “experience programs, like ones where you can try on a traditional yagasuri hakama or do the Dojosukui loach catching dance.

    Kinkazan Observatory Restaurant offers a panoramic view of the city of Gifu and Mt. Kinkazan in Gifu Prefecture. Its dish, Nobunaga Dotedon, made from beef tendons and pork organ meats simmered in miso separately and served over rice, won the B1-Grand Prix in Gifu City. Customers can also enjoy the Hida Beef Bento, available in limited quantities, Hida Beef Hamburger Rice, Miso Pork Cutlets, made with healthy Gifu pork, Hida Takayama Ramen, and other delicacies.

    お城に登った帰り道に寄りました。 想像を遥かに超える、素晴らしい眺めでした。 壁一面のガラスから見る空、雲、下界、クネクネ流れていく川など、美しい景色。 エアコン付き、椅子に座って、ずっと眺めていられそうな眺望は、お城から見るよりも素晴らしいかもしれません。 入り口からは思いもつかないくらい、 店内は素晴らしかったです。 絶対、行くべきです。

    This restaurant is a seven-minute walk from JR Sekigahara Station. Established in 1959, they offer enormous variety with a dedication to exquisite preparation of the best ingredients. Their ankake yakisoba has been their most popular item since their founding, with a perfectly balanced stir fry of domestic pork belly and lots of vegetables tossed with noodles. Hida beef shank stewed with red wine, their Battle of Sekigahara boxed lunch (limited availability, must order 5 or more), and their handmade Ibuki cookies all come recommended.

    柳津のイオン前面にある、チェーンの和食系ファミリーレストラン。 食事の内容はどの店も変わりませんが、混みあっているお店の場合はサーブに結構時間が掛かる場合が有りますね。

    ジョイフルは低価格で食べれるファミレスだと思います。 こちらの店舗は禁煙席と喫煙席が完全に分かれていて、とても環境の良い店舗だと思いました。 （他店舗だと禁煙席の通路を隔てるだけで喫煙席になっていたりするので） 夕食で利用しましたが、食事も低予算で食べることができ、味も美味しいので私は大好きなチェーン店です。
