    "This museum is located a three-minute walk from Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line. The museum was charged by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications with furthering understanding among the citizens of Japan the hardships endured by soldiers, Siberian detainees, and repatriates during and after WWII. Dioramas and talks by storytellers are used to convey their suffering to generations who have never experienced war. Visitors can also view digital editions of ""Letters from Siberia"" and ""A Distant Crimson Sunset,"" two manga (comic books) which depict experiences as a Siberian detainee and repatriating to Japan from Manchuria, respectively."

    四谷界隈の裏通り沿い、人通りの少ない場所に「釣り文化資料館」があります。「週刊つりニュース」が運営する施設です。 資料館の前には「釣り地蔵」があり、その脇に石碑が設置されていました。この界隈にはお寺が多く、街並みに溶け込んでいるように感じました。
