    A long-standing oden hotpot shop founded in 1923. It's about a five-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. They serve Kanto-style oden hotpot simmered so long that the brown of the broth made from mainly soy sauce and sugar soaks into the other ingredients. There are over 30 hotpot items available, most of which are homemade. They also have a variety of a la carte items including assorted sashimi, pickled dishes, and fried foods.

    肌寒い夕刻だったので、おでんのお店へ。定番のおでん具材と熱燗の日本酒をいただきつつ、最後に 豆腐めしでしめました。おでんの出汁の味を吸った豆腐とご飯の相性がすばらしかったです。

    Traditional Japanese cuisine is at the heart of this cafe where they use ingredients with very Japanese flavors, such as Yuki Hotaka and Maboroshino (very rare) Koshihikari rice or green tea parfait that reminds you of a Japanese rock garden. Their meals and onigiri rice balls all use Yuki Hotaka rice cooked in a traditional stone pots, and can be taken-out or eaten-in.

    平日の12:00頃に2人で訪問。混んでるかなーとドキドキして行きましたが、半分くらいのテーブルが空いていました！ 生姜焼きと塩サバの定食、ミニ茶房パフェを注文。 ご飯は玄米ごはんに変更してもらいました。 生姜焼きのお肉が分厚くてジューシーで大満足！ そして、、、茶房パフェは表面のチョコレートを割ってみると抹茶アイスや抹茶プリンかな？具沢山で美味しかったです。ミニで十分でした！

    A liver cutlet restaurant located about a three-minute walk from Exit 2 of Tsukishima Station on the Toei Oedo subway line. They've been making liver cutlets that go perfectly with rice and sake for over half a century. Featuring thinly sliced pork liver covered with a secret sauce and fried in canola oil, it's a local Tsukishima favorite with those in the know. A signature food of Tsukishima, it regularly appears in various leaflets and food flyers. With its crispy texture and rich flavor, you'll hardly know you're eating liver. It's gained a lot of fans and they can get busy in the evenings and on weekends, so play it safe and book in advance.

    客層の良い、正に居酒屋。人形町通り沿いで人形町交差点から一方通行逆にすぐ。地下ですがとても広い店ー客席間通路も広くていい。夕方4時から開店も加点要素。呑み食い十二分堪能するとやはり4-5千円/人かかりますね。素材屋などと同じグループのようです。客サービスは若い女性(とても感じ良い)が主で少し男性ー皆日本人。寿司などもありお酒が苦手な人同伴してもカッコつきます。
