- Ramen Tenichi is a ramen noodles restaurant located on Kururi Street in the Anesaki district of Ichihara City. It serves Takeoka-style ramen made with a soy sauce based broth and wavy noodles. 地元のB級グルメ「ホワイトガウラーメン」の本家本物…ということで、平日の午前１１時半に伺いました。駐車場は店前に２-３台分しかなく、すぐに２台が埋まりました。ガウラーメンは、クリーミィで、ショウガ味が効いていました。ガウラの肉が分厚くて美味しかったです。今度は別のメニューも試してみたいです。

The most popular item on the menu is the Kaiso Tororo Ramen, which is topped with arame seaweed harvested right in the local Kanaya district. Adding arame to the restaurant's light shoyu (soy sauce) broth brings out a seafood flavor and thickness, and customers can enjoy the unique texture. テレビ番組で紹介された二つの食堂が休み。みつけたこのお店は駅前の温かみある町の食堂。最高でした！。 頂いたミックスフライ定食は鯵と白身のお魚、合計6個ありボリューム満点です。

豚バラチャーシューメンを注文しました。まずスープからいただきました。魚介系の醤油スープは飲みやすいものです。次にチャーシューです。10枚ほど入っていますが、好きな人はもう少し分厚さが欲しいというかもしれません。自分にはちょうど良い厚さです。麺は太めで喉越しがよく、ツルッとした食感です。全体的にはあっさりした食べやすいラーメンです。

チェーン店なので味はそれなりです。 内装はあまり綺麗な印象は無く、もう少し清潔感や設備更新してもいいのかと思う。 味噌ラーメンと餃子をいただきました。
