    "This restaurant is located in the shopping street alongside Lake Shikotsu, the northernmost non-freezing lake in Japan. It is famous for its reputation as a place where customers can enjoy ""chip"" dishes such as set meals, sushi, rice bowls and soba in a mysteriously nostalgic atmosphere. ""Chip"" is a word in the Ainu language, which means ""red salmon"". The sushi set is very popular, as it allows customers to enjoy several types of food, including red salmon, with its smooth flavor, and fries, as well as nigiri sushi. The owner of the restaurant is an experienced chef who has studied in Sapporo and Osaka. The small bones of the red salmon are carefully removed one by one to make it easier for customers to eat. And this commitment to such fine details draws many customers from great distances, who come to enjoy the fine dishes."

    ここは、支笏湖駐車場から徒歩約３-４分ぐらいのところにあります。今回、ランチで立ち寄り、「チップ入りそば寿しのそばセット」を食べました。店内は、４人用テーブル席、カウンター席及び座敷があります。
