- This eatery with about 60 years of history is located in Toyako Onsen. The store is known for its home cooking that uses vegetables picked in the morning, local seasonal seafood and locally raised meat. The small interior has a relaxing atmosphere that feels like you're at home. The scallop and egg rice bowl is highly recommended. It has young shellfish fry taken from Funka (volcano) Bay cooked with egg over rice, and comes with shellfish miso soup and pickles. The Tonkatsu Set using fresh Date golden pork and pork cutlet rice bowl are also popular. The fresh sashimi assortment is also a perfect match as a snack when drinking.
