A long-standing jazz club on Kitanozaka founded in 1969. Look for the brick facade. Guests enjoy live jazz and excellent cuisine. The shop's very welcoming to the younger generation as they want to introduce them to jazz music. Their Afternoon Jazz Live takes place on Sundays lets you take in genuine jazz performances at a reasonable price with a drink included. Their popular Happy Time Dinner Set Plan includes the fee for the first show, a meal, and a drink for those who arrive by 6 p.m. on weekdays.

This jazz club hosts live performances by domestic and international jazz musicians almost every day. The patron floor area is filled with tables and chairs, all of which are facing the stage to make it easier to concentrate on the music. Many famous jazz musicians have performed here. The establishment employs a two set system with a daytime set and an evening set, and the daytime serves as a stepping stone to greater success for young, up-and-coming musicians.

Wonderful spot for live Jazz! Went to see Kohsuke Mine trio and had a wonderful evening. The sounds was fantastic and the staff friendly. There is an intermission to buy another drink.

A performing arts theater adjoining the Kiku no Yu (women’s bath) bathhouse in the center of the Yamanaka Onsen hot spring resort area in Kaga, Ishikawa. Seating 180, the hall is equipped with a Japanese cypress stage, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, traditional entertainments such as the Yamanaka-bushi are performed by geisha. The gorgeous accoutrements of the building itself are also a must-see, including pillars lacquered with silver and gold in the tradition of Yamanaka-lacquer, and the lattice door-style walls. The facility also has a tourist information center, coin lockers, and shop, making it a great place to stop by while exploring the area as well.

For foreigners who doesn’t understand the language, don’t worry. You can still enjoy the mesmerising music and the beautiful dance. Just come and enjoy the Geisha/Maiko dancing away to the Japanese...

This playhouse dedicated to theater and located in the Kitazawa district of Tokyo’s Setagaya City opened in 1982. Boasting the largest size of all the Honda Gekijo Group’s small theaters in the area, it has 386 seats and a complete set of stage equipment. Its existence has helped drive small theater culture not only in Shimokitazawa but in Tokyo as well, and it is often used for performances of famous theater troupes. It is located about two minutes from Shimokitazawa Station.

下北沢から…徒歩２分で着く、丁度よいキャパの劇場です。今回は、芝居「神の子」を観てきました。今売れっ子の俳優さんの、芝居が近い距離で見られるのも魅力です。本多劇場系列は当日券で通路にも補助椅子置きますが…これはかなり昔からだから、私は良いと思います。「スズナリ」も、昔、松尾さんの一人芝居が面白かったです。この劇場で、大人計画の俳優さんが演じるのが一番楽しいと思います。

The facility's International Hall is frequently used to host live music concerts as well as high school and university student recitals and events. The hall has seating on floors one through three and can accommodate up to 2,100 spectators. The facility also hosts cafes, boutiques, and other establishments; SOL, an area used to hold workshops; and rentable conference rooms available for meetings as well as training sessions and lectures. A local specialty products hall located close to Karatsu Station in Shinko-machi, Karatsu City. Here visitors can purchase famous Karatsu sweets like Shoro Manju buns; nori seaweed and other marine products from the Ariake Sea; Karatsu tea; processed agricultural products like yuzu pepper made with Kyuragi's specialty yuzu fruit; and other local specialty products and crafts. On the second floor, visitors will find a Karatsu ware display space and shop which also has a corner where you can try painting your own Karatsu ware piece.

１階は物産、２階は唐津焼を販売していました。唐津焼は少々品ぞろえが少ないと感じましたが、物産は面白かったです。駐車場は有料ですが、買い物でサービスチケットをもらえます。

This civic hall is a seven-minute walk from Machida Station's West Exit, adjacent to Machida City Hall. The four-floor building consists of a large assembly hall, a gallery, meeting rooms, etc. Machida City developed it as a venue for various events and a space for closer communication and casual exchange. The assembly hall can accommodate up to 862 people and hosts concerts, plays, and courses throughout the year. The practice room is equipped with an upright piano and is an ideal space for clubs and other groups preparing for recitals. It's available for individual use as well.

少しは苗えら所に、回送用の観光バス専用の駐車場があるのは良いのですが、駐車場に面した道路を左折では、長い車両が回りきれず、右折して入るしか方法がないのですが、高越整理の要員がいないので、今度は、直進車両が居て、右折できずに、バスの後ろが大渋滞となっている場面を散見します。道路から右左折せずに、直進して入場・退場ができるように改善が急務です。

An entertainment hall located in Osu, Naka Ward, Nagoya City. Opened in 1965 and closed in 2014, the theater was reopened after extensive remodeling. Rakugo comedic storytelling performances are conducted here every month from the 1st to the 10th. The hall is also used for other performances such as taishu popular dramatic theater, koten classical theater, music performances, and plays. The theater can also be rented out for holding performances.

2018年11月、芸協落語名古屋寄席の観賞の為、大学生の娘と訪れました。チケットは前売りで2,700円。番組は瀧川鯉斗、三遊亭遊雀、ぴろき、昔昔亭桃太郎、三遊亭とん馬、鏡味正二郎、そして三遊亭小遊三です。14時開場のところ13時頃に到着、そしたらぴろきさんが演芸場の前にフラフラ(失礼)しているではありませんか。早速、快くサインして頂きました。演芸に娘は大笑い。私も楽しみました。

A multipurpose commercial facility located a three-minute walk from Yurakucho Station on the JR Yamanote Line. The facility’s official name is the Yurakucho Center Building. The famous great clock on the outside of the building announces the hour by opening to reveal an animatronic performance and has become a popular meeting spot. A central atrium divides shopping areas on the left and right, and the facility hosts the Hankyu MEN’S Tokyo and LUMINE department stores, cafes, restaurants, the Yurakucho Asahi Hall with theater and gallery, and a movie theater.

This event hall is a 10-minute drive from Hokuriku Expressway's Oyabe Interchange. The Main Hall, which seats 932, features Japan's first rotating seating system. This allows the hall to operate as both a circular theater and a circular arena. The Serena Hall, a relaxed space which seats 365, features a rectangular shoebox-style layout intended to provide superior acousitics. The facility also offers Japanese-style rooms, conference rooms, and a studio. People using the studio can borrow items such as practice mirrors.

クロスランドタワーに登りました。地上100mの展望エリアまで、エレベーターであっという間です。周囲は高い建物が何もないので360°見渡せて開放感があります。恋人の聖地にも登録されていました。平日にいったせいか、他のお客さんは誰もおらず、展望室のカフェも休業していました。

An entertainment hall located close to Ikebukuro Station in Nishiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo. The Ikebukuro Engeijo is one of four theaters in Tokyo which host regular rakugo (traditional comedic storytelling) performances. Established in 1951, the current building was rebuilt in 1993. Open every day from January 1 to December 28 each year, from daytime to the evening the facility conducts performances of rakugo, kodan (storytelling), manzai (comedic duos), acrobatics, and more.

Hyougo Pref. Toyokashi Izushichouyanagi 17-2

This theater is on Prefectural Route 2 in Yanagi, Izushi-cho, Toyooka City. It opened in 1901, staging traditional kabuki, new-school shinpa-geki, and other performing arts until closing its doors in 1964. They reopened in 2008 after major renovations. Today it's the oldest playhouse in the Kinki district, holding performances of kabuki, rakugo, and other plays. It has been designated a Prefectural Important Tangible Cultural Property and welcomes tours of the facility on days when there aren't performances.

出石のフリータイム100分の間に訪問しました。兵庫県指定重要文化財で、近畿最古の芝居小屋です。家老屋敷で割引券をもらったので、団体料金の320円。明治34年に開館し、昭和39年に閉館。平成20年に大改修が行われ、再開館しました。明治の香りのする芝居小屋で、奈落なども見られます。

This Kabuki playhouse overflowing with Edo period atmosphere opened in 1931. It has a luxurious space accommodating up to 1,200 people in an area that once flourished as a coal mine. There are two passages through the audience and a circular stage, and it still putting on performances for the masses. This multipurpose hall is located in front of Nara Station in Sanjomiyamae-cho, Nara City. Facilities include a large hall with 1,500 seats, a simultaneous interpretation booth capable of handling four languages at the same time, and moveable audience seats. The hall can be used for concerts, classical theater productions, and other performances, as well as conventions and all manner of purposes. There are adjoining medium- and small-sized halls designed for classical music concerts.

コンサートなどのホールがあります。設計は磯崎新です。このあたりは、奈良の中止？になった博覧会の名残りですね。
