- The government-operated Yahata Steel Works, a registered World Heritage site, were founded in 1901. Still in operation today, the site’s facilities are not open to the public; however, visitors can come look at the exterior of the old head office building from this viewing space. A red brick structure with a dome located in the center of the roof, the former head office building was once the nerve center of the steelworks. Inside, informational panels and photographs present the history of the site; volunteers also serve as tour guides. A board near the entrance is provided for photographs. Space World Station is the closest station.

- This bay is located in the Ushimado area of Ushimado-cho, Setouchi City. It is currently integrated with Kashino Port, and consists of Ushimado and Kashino areas. Besides fulfilling an important role since long ago in marine transportation and being used as a harbor port for daimyo going back and forth between ancient Edo and for Korean delegations to Japan, it flourished in shipbuilding and salt production. It is a base from industries such as shipbuilding, fishing and tourism to this day, and also has a yacht harbor.

- This public space in the Shima Kanko Hotel was the site of the Iseshima Summit (42nd G7 Summit). It's located on a hill with a view of Ago Bay, features large beams and an atrium, and you can view the summit table that was actually used for working lunches. The hotel's Cafe & Wine Bar Lien serves desserts made with seasonal fruit and aromatic Ronnefeldt tea that you can enjoy while gazing at their garden. The afternoon tea set comes recommended. In the evening they serve wine and light fare that goes well with it. Their Teppanyaki Restaurant Yamabuki offers Iseshima seafood and Matsusaka beef cooked on a large grill, a feast for the eyes and palate.

- A station on the Hokuriku Railroad Ishikawa Line located in Tsurugi-honmachi, Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The station has two platforms with two sets of tracks, one for each platform; the station is only staffed during the daytime. Once, the station was served by the now-abolished Nomi Line; later, the Hokuriku Railroad stations up to Kaga Ichinomiya Station were abolished, and today, this station is the last stop on the Ishikawa Line.

- "A museum located close to the Iroha Bridge dedicated to the NHK serial drama ""Mare,"" which was set in Wajima City. Inside the museum you'll find recreations of sets for locations which appeared in the drama such as the Maimon Shokudo restaurant and Salon Haru. The museum also displays some of the clothing from the show as well as a model of the large cake used in the opening credits. The museum shop sells merchandise based on the ""Majo-hime"" character from the show. You can also buy a cup of soft serve ice cream which comes with a ceramic Majo-hime spoon."

- "A facility located in Ataka Park dedicated to Ataka-no-Seki, a checkpoint station famously featured in the well-known kabuki play, ""Kanjincho."" The open and airy Ataka View Terrace facility offers a view of the nearby ocean. This seaside station sells a variety of local products as well as merchandise featuring Kabukki, the city's mascot. The Ataka-no-Seki-themed items make for popular souvenirs. There's also a cafe. The Kanjincho Museum holds abridged performances of ""Kanjincho"" and its three exhibit areas provide information on Ataka-no-Seki. The museum also displays kabuki costumes, joruri puppets, and contains information on the history of the area as well as the samurai Minamoto no Yoshitsune and the warrior monk Benkei."

日曜の11時ごろ到着しました。2件牡蠣小屋が並んでますが、こちらのほうがお客さんが多かったので今回はひろちゃんカキを利用。真ん中並びの席だったからか、ジャンバーの貸し出しはありませんでした。軍手と牡蠣ナイフが渡されます。牡蠣飯やアヒージョなどサイドメニューもあります。持ち帰りの牡蠣も買えます。
