    The Azamiya Minsah Craft Center is located about 10 minutes' drive from the Ishigaki Port Outer Island Ferry Terminal. Besides manufacturing Yaeyama Minsah textiles, the Center also has a display room and shop, and visitors can watch the fabric being made. The workshop and display room are on the ground floor; visitors can view part of the manufacturing process. The display room showcases historic and modern examples of Minsah textiles, and also has a display on the dyeing techniques that are used. Visitors who book their visit in advance may be able to try their hand at making Minsah fabric in the annex building; the price depends on the program chosen and the length of the experiential activity.

    This handweaving studio, which is the founding manufacturer of Yaeyama Jofu, Yaeyama Minsa and Hanaori Minsa, carries a full selection of fabrics, half and double-width obi sashes, and other items.made from traditional textiles of Ishigaki Island. The studio makes a variety of products suited to today's modern lifestyle that take advantage of the light weight and high durability of sashes made from minsa textiles, including handbags, table centerpieces, shop curtains, and business card cases. The workshop is especially proud of their fukei-ori, which depict the color of the ocean around Ishigaki Island in textiles made using traditional techniques to the fullest. The studio also offers loom weaving and vegetable dyeing experiences. Visitors can also watch the professional weavers at work.

    "This kamaboko (fish cake) shop located on Torinji Nishi-dori Street in Arakawa, Ishigaki City sells Yaeyama kamaboko made the old fashioned way. They offer a wide variety of kamaboko that combine carefully-selected white fish sourced primarily from the coastal waters of Okinawa with a number of local ingredients such as asa (green algae), shima-dofu (Okinawan tofu), and mozuku seaweed. They even sell a number of varieties of kamaboko unique to the region including their cylindrical ""maruguwa"" and their ""castella kamaboko,"" which are made with eggs."

    クラフトビールではない。純然たる地ビールです。港でバス待ちの間に二種類購入。二本とも土産にしようと思いましたが、我慢出来ず。 タイトルの通り、地ビールです。

    石垣島の市街地、宮良殿内の近くにある、琉球泡盛の蔵元。こちらでは、琉球泡盛、白百合をつくられています。石垣島の居酒屋さんや酒屋さんでも普通にだされています。日曜日の訪問でしたが、お店や工場は営業されていませんでした。

    石垣島の市街地、民家が並ぶ路地ぞいにあります。八重山最古の蔵元で、明治末の創業。琉球泡盛、玉の露の蔵元です。3月の日曜日でしたが、お店も工場も営業していませんでした。
