    佐伯にある地元密着のうどん店です。店内は地元の人と思われるお客さんが多いです。リーズナブルなメニューが多いようです。「スペシャルうどん」を注文しました。目の前で揚げてくれる天ぷらは大きなごぼう天に、海老天(2尾)です。その他には肉やワカメも入っています。うどんできるうどんでしたのコシはほどほどにあり、大満足できるうどんでした。

    臼杵市ではイチオシのうどん店と聞いて臼杵まで行った時に利用しました。場所は市の中心部とは全く離れた熊崎駅に近いところにあります。店内はカウンターとテーブル席が半分ずつ、約15席程度です。「天ぷらうどん」をいただきました。うどん出汁も美味しくて、うどんは適度なコシがあるもので好きなタイプですが、天ぷら(海老)、ワカメ、蒲鉾、ネギが入っています。天ぷらのボリューム感があってカラッとした感じのものだった...

    佐伯のうどんというと、「ごまだしうどん」を思い出します。 ごまだしうどんですが、久しぶりのごまだしうどんでしたが、ごまだしは香りもよく、うどんも程よいコシがあり美味しくいただけました。
