    Aichi Pref. Okazakishi Idanishimachi 6-4
A taiyaki (fish-shaped sweet cake) shop located on the premises of Sake no Sugita liquor shop in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. The restaurant is renowned for its taiyaki filled with a homemade anko sweet bean paste crafted using famous Hokkaido adzuki beans. The shop's cheese taiyaki are also gaining in popularity attracting people from far and wide. The shop closes when supplies run out, so be sure to come early.

    Aichi Nagoya-shi Atsuta-ku Kanayamacho 1-2-19

Very small restaurant - mainly counter seats and all the way in is a room with two tables, each able to take in 4 to maybe 6 (squeeze). Guess you have to try the iconic Eel and Rice in a Pot...

Aichi Areas

Aichi is a prefecture of great natural beauty with Nagoya city at its heart, a busy hub home to a labyrinth of underground shops and the 17th-century Nagoya Castle. Castles are easy to find in this history-rich prefecture, but the highlight for history buffs has to be the Museum Meiji-mura, where preserved buildings from the turn of the 20th century are displayed in all their grandeur in an outdoor museum.
