    This roadside station is adjacent to Yasaka Interchange on National Route 1. Visitors can purchase locally-harvested seasonal fresh vegetables at the station's farmer's market. The station is well-equipped with a range of facilities including shops and a restaurant that offers items such as Enshu soba noodles made with locally-grown buckwheat, as well as tororodon (grated yam on rice). The station is utilized by many tourists because of its large parking lot.

    土曜日の昼、利用する。土曜日、天気がいいのでレジャードライブ日和、利用者でとんでもなく混雑してました。コンビニでファーストフードを購入し、軽く食事する。女房殿、売店で、餅や小物を買っていました。駐車場も混んでいましたが、駐車できありがらかったです。

Its restaurant, Kitchen Omaezaki, offers cuisine made with ingredients including Enshu-Yumesaki beef and Enshu Kurobuta pork. The facility also features an agricultural field and green house where visitors can participate in farming experiences and other activities. The station is visited by many locals and tourists alike.

    可睡斎を参拝の後、岩田方面から御前崎灯台に行く途中、初めて訪問しました。地元の新鮮野菜や加工品、規模は小さいが、女房殿、すこし野菜やパンなど購入したようです。それから、小生の所望で、メロンの間引きした小さいメロン、１０個くらい購入しました。糠味噌でつければ美味しいと思われる。レストランもあるみたいですが、今回は利用しませんでした。御前崎灯台周辺にも、魚市場などありますが、野菜はここで購入した方がい...

    "A roadside station in Kawanehoncho Town, Haibara County, Shizuoka Prefecture. As the entranceway to Okuoi, which has the Southern Japan Alps, it functions as an information center for tourism guidance, as well as a resting spot for drivers. Adjacent facilities include a specialty product direct sales store, an experience-based museum which focuses on the theme of ""playing"", and a sense-experience gym, where you can experience using your five senses. The Oigawa Railway is located nearby, and its whistle has been selected as one of ""100 Soundscapes of Japan"" under the description ""Steam locomotive whistle echoing at the foot of the Southern Japan Alps""."

    大井川鐵道を見に行った際に立ち寄りました。道の駅の定義は知りませんが飲食も無く地元産品も殆ど無く、ただ有料の体験型施設があるだけです。千頭駅周辺は飲食店がほぼ無く、多くの方が飲食を求めてここに来て我々同様がっかりした様子ですぐに帰って行くのを見ました。 施設自体は入場していないので良し悪しはわかりません。

    This roadside station is in Kawanehon Cho, Haibara County, Shizuoka Prefecture. Purchase local specialties from their specialty shop, Midori no Tamatebaco (Green Treasure box) including Kawane green-tea, shiitake mushrooms, and Kawane green-tea macarons. They also serve green-tea ice cream and you can enjoy your food while watching the steam engines of the Oigawa Railway. There is a tea-room on site where events are held as well as a local museum with displays about the history of tea-cultivation.

    大井川沿いに突き当たりまで走り、帰りに利用した。 行きにあることはわかっていたが、入りにくいなあと思って通り過ぎた場所。 帰りにトイレを借りるために利用した。 下に駐車場があり、階段を登った先に施設がある。 自分は今のところ階段を上がれるのでいいのだが、車椅子などの階段を上がれない方はここを利用できないのだろうか。 それとも気付かなかっただけで、スロープかエレベーターがある？

Along with providing tourist information about the region they also sell local products such as local specialty high quality Gyokuro green tea, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and locally made sake. The restaurant onsite serves a variety of food including a green-tea soba noodles made with local ingredients. The region produces one of Japan's top three strains of Gyokuro green-tea and the attached tea house serves it with creative Japanese style confections.

    日本三大玉露の産地の一つが、岡部・朝比奈の地です。京都の宇治、福岡の八女と並ぶ産地で、日本庭園を眺めながら最高級の玉露や抹茶をいただけました。レストランも併設されているのですが、今回はお茶だけでした。

You can also buy meals made with local Japanese yams (specialty of mariko) such as the Grated Yam Lunch Special and Shizuoka Oden Stew.

    This tourist rest stop is located in Fukuroi City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Its restaurant offers group meals and lunch boxes for bus tour groups while its gift shop offers Shizuoka souvenirs. They offer a variety of set meals centered on seafood and riced steamed in bamboo steamers, such as their Suruga-zen and Fukuroi Domannaka-gozen set meals, as well as their famous fisherman's katsuomeshi-gozen (seafood bonito rice platter) set meals. They also offer a substantial selection of Shokado-gozen bento boxes for tourists, as well as lunch box catering services aimed at local residents.

    店内の食事会場でクラウンメロン８分の１カットを試食。とても甘くてみずみずしさがありました。せめてハーフサイズのメロンが食べたかったです。お土産コーナーでは、静岡のいろいろなお土産が並んでいて、買い物をするのに迷うくらいです。隣の施設では、実際にクラウンメロンが販売されていました。

Along with the relaxing areas, information and restaurant common to most roadside stations, there is also a day-trip hot-spring and cottages with private baths. The hot-spring water has an ample supply and always runs to every bath non-recycled. Watch the steam locomotives running by from the outdoor baths of the day-trip hot-spring. There are also hands-on classes where you can get personal experience with Kawane tea.

    温泉施設の左端（川根温泉ホテル側）に、小さな道の駅施設が存在する。駐車場に停まっている車のほどんどが温泉施設目当てなので、道の駅施設に来る方は皆無に等しい。
