    "A roadside station situated along National Route 207 in Otonari Kabuto, Kashima City. There's a farmer's market selling local agricultural and marine products as well as a sports park with a gymnasium and pool. Facing the tidal flats of the Ariake Sea, visitors can also get a sweeping view of the flats from the station's observatory and the station offers a Tanajibu local traditional fishing class and a class on the natural environment of the tidal flats. The annual ""Kashima Gatalympics"" are also held here."

    天然物の牡蠣が、ひとかご9個入りで1000円、炭代300円でその場で焼いて食べられました。焼き方も親切に教えてもらいとてもおいしかったです。 みかんソフトがスタンプ帳提示で50円引きの300円でした。ミカンの香りが濃くてとても美味しかったです。

The station sells fresh, local vegetable, Matsuume rice, and other agricultural products; dried persimmons (a local specialty product) and ice cream and yokan jelly made with dried persimmons; and craft goods like Nao washi Japanese paper. The adjoining bread bakery also offers dried persimmon soft serve ice cream. Adjoined by a caravan campground, visitors can also enjoy barbecuing and fishing here (visitors must bring their own fishing gear).

    道の駅大和の農産物直売所です。先日家人を案内し昼食＆買い物。昼食の献立はそよかぜ館で購入した鶏めし弁当、唐揚げ、ピーチサンドなど。テラス席でごちそう様しましたが、普通以上に美味でしたね。ピーチサンドは甘さ控えめのクリームたっぷり。家人も私も思わずいいね！ 自宅に持ち帰ったのはムカゴ、煎餅、蒸しパン。3品ともコスパ良。家人の総合評価は「また買い物したい」・・・案内した甲斐がありましたね。

    道の駅吉野ケ里の売店を通り抜けた先の建物にあるデザートのお店です。店名の通り果物を使ったパフェやケーキを購入することができます。店舗１階と２階に沢山の座席があり、店内でいただくこともできます。特に２階は良い景色を眺めながらケーキをいただけるのでおすすめです。 今回は沢山の果物が載ったケーキを注文してみましたが、美味しく値段も安く良いお店だったと思います。なお、支払いは現金のみでした。
