- A Western confectionary shop standing on Prefectural Route 25 in Hotakaariake, Azumino City. The shop sells tarts and baked sweets made with edible flowers and local apples from contract farms. The dazzling Apple & Roses Tart Bouquet is decorated with sliced apples shaped to look like a rose bouquet and is a fest for the eyes. In the adjoining cafe, a reservation-only afternoon tea set is served.

信州のりんごを活かして花に見立てたスイーツで有名な人気のカフェです。 カフェは長いカウンター形式で１０席ほどあるでしょうか？バックには紅茶の道具が飾られいい雰囲気です。 こちら、ダージリンティーの種類が半端なく多く、紅茶専門店でもこんなにある所はなかなかないかと。

- Temariya is a shop that specializes in Baumkuchen. Located in Chuo,Matsumoto City. Its Minori Baumkuchen, made with Koshihikari rice and its white AwayukiBaumkuchen, baked at a low temperature, have both won prizes for two consecutive years at the Baumkuchen Summit. The shop also sells other varieties of Baumkuchen, one of the most distinctive being Temarin, which is inspired by the local folk craft item temari(a decorated ball) and contains chestnut paste.

味が美味しいから、需要と供給や物価高騰で値上げしたのは納得です。しかし、店員の接客態度やショーケースをバンッバンッと雑に扱う所がとても不愉快でした。 入店した際、閉店ギリギリのせいか舌打ちされたり…とても老舗の接客とは思えませんでした。
