    This is a Fujiya's “Country Ma'am” hands-on type shop located in “LaLaport EXPOCITY”, a large commercial facility at Senribampaku Koen, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture. The hands-on experience can only be booked on the appointed day, and you can make a reservation at the store during LaLaport EXPOCITY opening hours.     Located a one-minute walk from Exit 14 of the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line's Namba Station, this pudding shop is in the Dotonbori district. It has manufactured and sold at Purin Hitosuji since it was founded in 2003. It has only one kind of mattari pudding. The pudding, made with eggs, milk and sugar that have been especially chosen by the owner, are bite-sized and said to be unforgettably delicious, which has been affirmed by many media postings. Its defining feature is the lack of caramel with their pudding.

    We were just walking by when we decided to give this pudding a try. Its light, not too sweet, slightly chilled, with an interesting flavor. Its just right! Try it!!

    A long-standing western confectionary store that has been located in a high-end residential area of Tezukayama for nearly half a century. It is best known for its buttercream cake, the main ingredient of which is fresh cream-a luxury item at the time of the store's establishment. The recipes of the store's most popular products, cheesecake and Mont Blanc, also remain almost unchanged from that time. In the cafe space of the store, customers can enjoy the traditional cakes and sweets, as well as Ronnefeldt tea, which are served in the only seven-star hotel in the world. The store is open all year-round, except New Year's Day.
