    Representative of third wave coffee, Blue Bottle Coffee is incredibly popular in America. This is its sixth cafe in Japan. Made with fresh beans roasted at the Kiyosumi Shirakawa roastery, they excel at coffee carefully hand dripped cup by cup.     A food court-style cafe on the third floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town where you can enjoy the atmosphere and tastes of Mother Farm in Chiba Prefecture. This cafe is Mother Farm's first official space in Tokyo Tower. Here you can enjoy rich foods and drinks made with fresh dairy products like you could at Mother Farm itself-the cafe's large menu includes pizza with homemade Mother Farm sausage, soft serve ice cream, and coffee for which you can select the thickness of the milk added. The Tokyo Tower Parfait, sold only at this Mother Farm Cafe location, is a 33.3 centimeter tall parfait 1/1,000th the size of Tokyo Tower. The cafe's assortment of Mother Farm cheeses is also recommended.

    牧場系のソフトクリームを長らく食べていないので、結構楽しみにして注文。 寒かったのでマザー牧場ホットミルクも合わせてオーダー。 ホットミルクはフォーマーでふわふわっと仕上げられていて、牛乳の味もなかなかいい。 対してソフトクリームはミルクの風味は感じられず、水飴が多いようなべたっとした甘さ。 ちょっと残念。
