    This sake brewery is in I, Sawara, Katori City. Established in 1825, it uses the early rice and exceptional water from the embankments of the Tone River region. Tours of the brewery are free (reservations required for 15 or more), where one can learn about the sake making process and enjoy sake tasting. The shop on the grounds offers sweets made from sake and other specialty items.

    佐原の蔵元です。 有料で試飲ができますが、車のため我慢。 ショップで販売されている商品は、マスキングテープやシャツなど、色々増えていました。 今回は前掛け生地で作ったバッグに入った日本酒日本入りセットを購入。 お支払いはカード他、〇〇ペイ系も利用出来ます。

    通りに面した建物では昔ながらの作りですが、閉まっているので、敷地内に入っていきました。落ち着いた口調で商品の説明をしてくれました。

    This sake museum is on National Route 465. You can observe their facilities from the viewing area, as well as taste about 20 kinds of refined sake from the Koizumi Brewery, known for its fine Tokaizakari brew. The museum area displays daily items and sake brewing equipment dating from the Edo period. The gift shop offers limited availability brews and sweets made with sake, and there is also a tea room that offers Daiginjo sake soft serve ice cream.

    店内には、東山魁夷の残照という絵のポスターがあり、この絵が書かれたのはこの付近。 利き酒をかなり飲むことができる。 多くの種類があったものの、それぞれが小分けにされていて、それを飲むことができた。

    "This brewery located along the Kururi Highway was founded in 1716. It brews the renowned sake ""Fukuiwai"" that uses remarkable water from Kururi that was chosen as one of the 100 Exquisite and Well-Conserved Waters of the Heisei Period (1989?2019), and has been highly receiving, winning gold medals seven times at the Annual Japan Sake Awards. Although it does not offer tours, there is an adjoining direct sales shop where you can enjoy free samples."

    車で久留里城見学の帰り数軒の蔵元を発見！その内の一軒『藤平酒造』さんに立ちより蔵出しのひやおろし「福祝」をゲット。薄にごりの口あたりのよい、うまくちで 早々に友人の御祝用と我が家用に一升瓶を取り寄せました！昨年の台風で蔵元の被害状況が心配です！

    蔵元見学ができるか、メールで問い合わせた所、丁寧な返事がすぐ届きました。 コロナの影響で、現在蔵元見学は中止しているが、オンライン見学会を予定しているそうです。 売店は１１時から昼休みとなっていましたが、ダメ元で昼時間帯に行ってみると、対応してくれ五人娘を買って帰る事ができました。 建物は立派な歴史ある造りで、次回は是非見学して帰りたいです。

    はとバスのツアーに組み込まれていました。酒蔵見学とお酒の試飲、お土産を購入させていただきました。日本酒だけでなく、焼酎やりキュルールも製造しているそうです。その３種類が試飲できます。「鹿野山」美味しいですよ〜〜。お土産にここの日本酒が沁みた日本酒ケーキ購入。酒好きにはたまりません。

    千葉県の銘酒「腰古井」の醸造所です。レンガ積みの煙突が目印です。門を入ると右手に伝統的な屋敷建築があり、左手には醸造所が並びます。現在は、さらに奥に製造所が移ってますが、売り場による前や後に少し留まって雰囲気を楽しみましょう。見学コースはありませんが、写真アングルの良いポジションが見つかるといいですね。売り場は母屋です。帳場のある売り場スペースは狭いのですが、おすすめのお酒がズラリ並んでいました...

    佐原を探索中、ぶらっと立ち寄りました。敷地内の見学ができます。焼き印を押すスタンプなどが展示されていて、写真に撮る事もできました。
