- This sake company brewery is situated on the Koya Kaido in Nagano-cho, Kawachinagano City. The longstanding company, established in 1718, makes Amanosake, a local Kawachinagano sake, as well as foods and sweets which make use of sake lees and brewer's rice flour. The company also regularly holds guided brewery tours which include product tasting and a souvenir (reservation required). The dozo storehouse of the company's former store has been designated a national Tangible Cultural Property.

- This sake brewery is located in 3-Chome Tonda-cho, Takatsuki City. A longstanding company established in 1822, the brewery makes Kuninocho seishu refined sake. The company also makes Kuninocho kasudori-shochu made from the brewery's sake lees; Tondazuke local melon pickled with sake lees; and Kuninocho Beer, Osaka's first local microbrew. In addition, the brewery holds brewery tours twice a year.
