    このあたりは水戸駅より少し高い平坦な台地上に、いろいろな古い施設が点在しています。水戸東部館も伝統的な建物なのでしょうが、まあ「そこにある」ということで、中に入れないようですし、実際に武道など今も教えているのか？一部の愛好者たちのためのものかなと。立派で目立つ建物ですが、本当のことはよくわかりませんでした。
