- Sukayu Onsen is most famous for its “Sen-nin-buro” or 1,000-person bath. The giant bathtub made entirely of cypress in the enormous bathhouse that is 160 tatami mats in size overwhelms the beholder. The hot spring water is naturally acidic and contains sulfur, and bathing in the warm waters is regarded as a traditional remedy. Its primary benefits involve relieving nerve, muscular, and joint pain, and the facility was the first to be appointed as the People’s Recreation Hot Spring.

- A rest stop all are free and welcome to use, there's also a minshuku bed and breakfast and a footbath, and thus this teahouse has also received excellent reviews from people enjoying trekking in the area. In addition, on-site hot spring bathhouse, supplied by a sodium-sulfate hydrogen carbonate spring, is open to non-guests for day-use. The teahouse' popular kinoko-jiru sansai soba mushroom soup with noodles is made with mushrooms and edible wild plants personally picked by the owner.

- A roadside station standing in front of Asamushi-Onsen Station on the Aoimori Railway running along Mutsu Bay. There’s an outdoor bath with a view on the fifth floor where you can enjoy hot spring waters while gazing at the scenery of Mutsu Bay and Yunoshima. You can buy souvenirs and an original soft serve ice cream made with black currants, a local Aomori specialty product. The facility also hosts a tourist information center and road and weather information terminals, making it a convenient destination for getting sightseeing info. Fresh local seafood, vegetables, folk crafts, and a variety of other local products are also sold here.

山の中にある温泉ですが わざわざ訪れる価値はあります。 周りの施設通りコチラも歴史を感じる造りかと思いきや 館内はとても清潔です お湯も炭酸泉の濃度と温度も申し分無く ゆったりと浸かってリラックスできます よいお湯なので お客さんもそこそこ居ました

泉質の良い温泉でお肌すべすべ。ねぶた祭り期間でも日中は空いています。ただし畳敷きの休憩所がなく湯上りにゆっくり出来ないのが残念です。風呂を出た番台前にソファーもどきがあるので一応座ってダラダラ雑談は出来ますが仮眠は無理です。食事は駅内のカフェもどきでカレー、スパゲティが650円でした。目の前の肉屋は惣菜のみ取り扱いで弁当はやめたそうで、並びの商店ではパンは購入できますので湯上りに食べても大丈夫そう...

鶴ヶ坂駅から徒歩数分の場所にある温泉銭湯です。価格は400円ちょっとで、シャンプーなどの備え付けはありません。泉質はよく、ヌルつきがあり非常に温まります。

夜越山森林公園内にある町営の温泉施設です。メインの浴槽はぬる目でジャグジーとジェットバス付き、小さな浴槽はやや熱目の湯です。その他にもアロエ風呂、電気風呂、打たせ湯、子ども湯、水風呂、サウナなどがありスーパー銭湯並みに多彩です。なお、全て循環しているので塩素消毒臭があるのと、露天風呂がないのがちょっと残念です。

フェリーターミナルから分りやすい道順で１．５キロほど、早朝５時から２２時まで営業しており、広い休憩コーナーまであるのでとても便利。（隣は生協のスーパー） お湯も想像以上に良く、褐色の塩化物泉が豊富にかけ流されている。 公共交通機関でのアクセスはやや不便で、市バス西バイパス線の西郵便局前から１キロほど。それだけが残念。

日帰り温泉施設を利用しました。アクセスは自動車利用でした。建物は新しく、綺麗で使いやすいと感じます。青森市浪岡地区には温泉銭湯がいくつかありますが、その中でもきれいで利用しやすい施設ですね。

- A popular hot spring district conveniently located a 30 minute drive from urban Aomori City. The history of the area dates back to the Heian period, when its hot spring waters are said to have been discovered by the great priest Ennin. Today, the area's name is written with characters which mean shallow insect, but it was once written with characters meaning hemp steams, an allusion to the use of the waters here to steam hemp to weave cloth. The simple springs here have an average temperature of 63° C and their colorless waters are said to treat conditions such as women's diseases, rheumatism, and nerve pain. Visitors are particularly recommended to take in the sight of the sun setting beyond the island of Yunoshima floating in Mutsu Bay. A free hot spring footbath is located right in front of Aoimori Railway Asamushi-Onsen Station. This historic hot spring district was once frequented by the lords of Hirosaki Domain; surrounded by natural beauty, it serves as the retreat of Aomori.
