A roadside station standing in front of Asamushi-Onsen Station on the Aoimori Railway running along Mutsu Bay. There’s an outdoor bath with a view on the fifth floor where you can enjoy hot spring waters while gazing at the scenery of Mutsu Bay and Yunoshima. You can buy souvenirs and an original soft serve ice cream made with black currants, a local Aomori specialty product. The facility also hosts a tourist information center and road and weather information terminals, making it a convenient destination for getting sightseeing info. Fresh local seafood, vegetables, folk crafts, and a variety of other local products are also sold here.

浅虫温泉駅の目の前にある温泉やお土産屋さんがあるビルです。丁度写真展が行われていたので、拝見させていただきました。狭いながらも駐車場も有りますよ。

浅虫温泉は、混合の共同泉で、pH8.21の弱アルカリ性、ナトリウム・カルシウム-硫酸塩・塩化物泉になります。こちらは、駅から歩いて300m程にある道の駅のビルの5階にあり、海の眺望が良い日帰り温泉施設です。内風呂のみで、43.8℃位のやや熱めの小さい湯槽と41℃のほんの少しぬる目の大きな湯槽があります。ただでさえ浅虫温泉は湯量が少ないのですが、こちらはビルの高い処にあるので、なおさら豪快な源泉...
