A rest stop all are free and welcome to use, there's also a minshuku bed and breakfast and a footbath, and thus this teahouse has also received excellent reviews from people enjoying trekking in the area. In addition, on-site hot spring bathhouse, supplied by a sodium-sulfate hydrogen carbonate spring, is open to non-guests for day-use. The teahouse' popular kinoko-jiru sansai soba mushroom soup with noodles is made with mushrooms and edible wild plants personally picked by the owner.

八甲田山の麓にあるレストラン(お土産屋さん)です。地元のラジオでもお馴染みのおじさん(又兵衛さん)が尺八を奏でています。ここのソフトクリームは少しシャリシャリしてサッパリします。

３年前に宿泊しました。６月でした。付近に田代湿原、グダリ沼が在ります。平日だったので僕一人でしたが予め予約しておいたのでラクにチェックイン。ドライブインがメインの施設なので泊まるところは食堂の奥になります。温泉も在るので入浴だけの人もいるらしいのですが１５時頃にチェックインしたので温泉は独り占めでした。夕飯、朝食は食堂の座敷で食べることになります。ご主人は気さくな方で色々とお話を聞くこと...

青森市から十和田湖方面へ向かう、県道４０号線上にお店があります。八甲田山の周辺で視界が非常に開ける場所に高原があります。山々の景観も素晴らしく休憩をするのには、丁度良い場所に位置しています。こちらのお店で、お勧めなのは「竹の子」を利用した料理です。おでんやラーメン、ソバなどにトッピングされています。
