    The tourism and production center adjacent to JR Yoichi Station sells special products and also offers tourist information. In the souvenir corner there is a wide variety of liquors including Nikka Whiskey famous from the NHK morning drama and Yoichi wine. Their freshly baked apple pies using locally grown apples and handmade gelato are loved not only by tourists but also by locals. On the second floor is “Jump Kingdom Yoichi Exhibition Hall” displaying approximately 200 items of ski jumping Olympic medalists including skis they used etc.

    エルラプラザ２階に無料の展示スペース「ジャンプ王国」があります。余市から、多くのジャンプ選手を輩出していたとは知りませんでした。本当にただ展示しているだけという印象で、正直もったいないもっとアピールすれば良いのにと思いました。

    This tourist information center in Otaru City is located in an old warehouse which has been designated a historic building. At the information center you can find tourist information and pamphlets about the Otaru-Shiribeshi area. There is also a tea area and a shopping area with local goods. A multipurpose gallery is available for meetings and exhibitions.

    ホテルの近くでしたので、朝一まず観光案内所に寄って情報収集しました。他にも、小樽にまつわる展示やちょっとした休憩（カフェ？）スペース、地元の物産やお土産の販売店もあり、ここだけでもちょっと楽しいです。雨の日は、傘の貸し出しもしており、自分の傘が壊れてしまったのでとても助かりました！

    The Food presentation is so nice. The restuarant is part of museum so I enjoy the nice picture in the place. The 5th floor is clearly seen the view of Otaru bay.
