- "Koedo Kawagoe Tourist Association office is located at the northern end of the Ichibangai Kurazukuri-no-machinami historic street. The office is houses in a two-story retro-style brick building; the tourist office on the 1st floor has a range of pamphlets and maps available, and provides tourist information services. Near Koedo Kawagoe Tourist Association office are streets lined with traditional Kurazukuri warehouse-style buildings, Toki-no-kane bell-tower (which has become a symbol of Kawagoe), Kashiya Yokocho (""Penny Candy Lane""), which has 20 or so traditional confectionery stores, and other famous tourist spots. Reflecting Kawagoe's status as a ""city made for wearing a kimono,"" on the eighth, 18th and 28th days of every month there are special events to encourage visitors to stroll around Kawagoe while wearing a kimono."

- A facility that provides information about the city including lodging guides, sight-seeing information, and introduces the local specialties. You can also get information about rental bicycles and rent electric-assisted bicycles. They also hold a kite-making class where you can make your own original diamond shaped kite. They even sell Crayon Shin-chan decorated post cards which make perfect souvenirs.

こちらは春日部駅東口より徒歩7分くらいのところにある観光案内所です。 入るとおねーさんが声をかけてくれてやさしく対応してくれます。 案内所の中はしんちゃんのキャラクターがあちらこちらにありました。 また、レンタサイクルをありました。

- This exhibition facility is located near the Mt. Mitsumine parking lot in Mitsumine, Chichibu City. It features displays regarding the natural life of Chichibu Tama Kai National Park. It includes stuffed specimens of the Asian black bear, the Sunda scops owl and other animals that inhabit Mitsumine. You can also view displays of natural photography featuring the area around Mt. Kumotori, as well as excerpts from mountaineer Zenkyo Hara’s travel journal “Okuchichibu.” In addition, it provides information for safe mountain climbing.
