    Trattoria Franco is an Italian restaurant located five minutes’ walk from Yokohama Station’s West exit. The stylish interior is decorated with wine bottles and natural woodgrain tables and based on a Florence trattoria. Their Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is a popular dish, but their multi-course meals are a good value for the money. This shop is so popular at lunch, it’s hard to get in without reservations.

    Spaghetti House Yokoi is a restaurant on the basement first floor of the KITTE Nagoya shopping mall situated in JP Tower Nagoya which is connected to Nagoya Station. This restaurant is a branch of the Yokoi chain said to be the home of the Nagoya specialty, ankake (a thick starchy sauce) spaghetti. The punchy ankake meat sauce is mixed well with thick noodles and garnished with plenty of toppings. Their ‘mirakan’ dish, made with red Vienna sausage, ham, bacon and vegetables is so popular it should be synonymous with the restaurant.

    味よしですが、お客さんのマナーが悪い。ビル社員さんらしき男性方々が並んで待ってる人がいるのに食後の談笑をダラダラしてる。あと、紙エプロンでお金取る店です。要するにソール跳ねる料理出して、エプロンを売るお店です。店員の愛想もよくなく、二度と行かないと思います。

    I loved eating here! SO much range of vegan food and all very tasty! Also run by a very lovely couple! Highly recommend

    Established in 1961, Yokoi is the inventor of ankake spaghetti, a Nagoya specialty. The spicy and rich Yokoi original meat sauce was perfected after much trial and error to create a flavor that would suit the Japanese palate. The most popular ankake spaghetti version on the menu is the Yokoi standard “millacoun” combining milanaise (meat) and country (vegetables). A five minute walk from the Exit 8 of Sakae Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway.

    スープスパゲティとあんかけスパゲティはどこが違うのと思って行きました。本日のランチセットAセットを注文。あんかけスパゲティ、ミラカン(ミラネーゼとカントリーの合体)に海老フライが付いています。ミラカンは太麺でなかなか美味しいです。もう少しスパゲティにコシがある方が個人的には好みです。

    Café Iwajin, located about one minute’s walk from Kashikojima Station, is a tea room attached to the Iwajin Pearl shop which is a well-established pearl shop opened in the early Showa period (1926-1989). The shop has a bright atmosphere with a whole wall of glass. While looking at the Japanese garden, you can enjoy lunch and light menu items. A popular menu item is the pasta set meal using Shima brand pork and abundant seafood. It has a reputation for an authentic taste which displays the skills of a chef trained in the Principality of Monaco. It also has many fans for its highly aromatic coffee and dessert menu.

    This cafe is popular for its healthy Dutch oven and Italian cuisine. Located between the Toyama Art Creation Center and the Toyama City Stage Arts Park, the store is notable for its design created by architect Kengo Kuma resembling carefully-stacked toy wood blocks. There is a piano inside the restaurant, which holds musical performances on an irregular basis. Their stewed hamburger steaks, limited to just 30 servings per day, are their most popular item. The Staub brand Dutch ovens the cafe uses are popular with their female customers for being highly Instagenic. The cafe also offers dinner courses and all-you-can-drink plans, making it a convenient venue for a girl's night out.

    生パスタがもちもちしていて見た目は少ない感じですがしっかり食べごたえがあります。 メニューは和風パスタで、メインの具材×サブの具材、と選びます。 今でこそ定番の明太子パスタですが、３６年前に東海地区で初めて提供したのがこちらのお店だとのことで、タラコシリーズ・明太子シリーズが人気のようです。 ウニ×イカをオーダーしました。 濃厚で美味しかったです。 分煙されていないのだけが残念。

    有名店ですので賛否両論あると思います。 看板商品のペペたまを食べました。始めて行って期待値が高かったのかもしれませんが、美味しかったですが、もう一度食べたいと引き付けられるものは感じられませんでした。少し単調な気がしました。アスパラの温野菜サラダは美味しかったです。
