Huit's popular strawberry tarts often sell out before dinner. The restaurant offers a special spring-only dinner menu and during this time you can enjoy your meal while gazing at the blooming cherry trees along the Meguro River.

    Great little French bistro. Not fancy or expensive but the food is good and it’s right on the river. I liked the beef bourguignon and cakes. Nice wine and coffee.

    A restaurant located on the second floor of the No. 3 Orimoto Marine Building (Yamato Museum visitor parking lot) in Takara Town, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture which famously serves dishes recreating the recipes used for the former Japanese navy and the Maritime Self Defense Force. The most popular item on the menu is the teppan curry, which recreates the recipe used on the Japanese submarine Soryu and which is served on an iron tray like those used by the MSDF. The restaurant’s stylish interior is modeled after that of a submarine. A tripod machine gun used for filming a movie and a model of the battleship Yamato are displayed in the restaurant’s shop corner.

    A French restaurant located a one minute walk from 1 Chome Ginza. In Ore no French's trendy dining area, you can enjoy French cuisine along with live jazz music. One of the restaurant's most popular items on the menu is the luxurious beef tenderloin and foie gras Rossini flavored with truffles. Another popular choice is the roast beef made with select wagyu beef marinated in shiokoji and smoked with cherry tree wood chips, limited to just a few meals each day. An Ore no French specialty which smells as good as it tastes, it also comes with an extravagant risotto made with truffles and parmesan cheese.

    This winery located in the Kano district of Nagano Prefecture, Tomi City was opened in 2004 by the celebrated essayist and painter Toyoo Tamamura. It also includes a café, shop, and gallery on the premises. More than 15,000 grape plants are being cultivated in the vineyards, and the wine brewed at the winery has earned itself high praise, having won at domestic wine competitions for example. The café with its open kitchen offers cuisines with a French base made using fresh-picked vegetables and Shinshu-produced ingredients. From the terrace seats one can enjoy an outstanding tea time while looking out at the beautiful sunset.
