生パスタがもちもちしていて見た目は少ない感じですがしっかり食べごたえがあります。メニューは和風パスタで、メインの具材×サブの具材、と選びます。今でこそ定番の明太子パスタですが、３６年前に東海地区で初めて提供したのがこちらのお店だとのことで、タラコシリーズ・明太子シリーズが人気のようです。ウニ×イカをオーダーしました。濃厚で美味しかったです。分煙されていないのだけが残念。
