    若い頃にイタメシが流行る前から良く食べたジャポネはまさにジャパニーズパスタだ。 アルデンテ何て言葉はこちらでは通じない。 バジル？ここではシソでありトマトソースではなくケッチャプだ。多分娘にこれを食べさせたらこれなーにって回答が来るのが想像できるがおじさん世代にはまさにこれが正真正銘のパスタである。 昭和がそのまま残っており無くしてはいけないお店の一つである。 ジャリコ美味しかったです。

    もちもちの生パスタが千円以内で食べてます。 特にお気に入りはほうれん草とベーコンのしょうゆ。 約600円くらい。 ドリンクバーも付けても1000円以内で収まるし味もおいしいのでよくリピートしていました。 錦糸町に行く機会が減ったのでいけなくなったのが残念です。

    このエリアにしては比較的リーズナブルな店。それなりに大箱なのに日曜日のお昼にはほぼ満席。入口を入ると直ぐにオープンキッチンがあり、その横では生ハムをスライスしているところが丸見え。最近の流行りなのかもしれないが、個人的には衛生的にどうなのかと思ってしまうし、匂いがフロアに充満するので好きではない。料理はどれも満足できるレベルで、価格はリーズナブル。ドリンクは、ちょっと比較すると高めに感じた。
