- A white sand beach formed by the raging waves of the Genkai Sea in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture. One of Kyushu's few ''naki-suna (singing sand)'' beaches, quartz particles in the beach's sand rub together when walked on, creating a squeaking sound. Forming an arch along a National Route road, the beach is known for its beautiful sunsets and also serves as a place to take a break for visitors taking scenic drives through the area.

- Nigi no Hama Beach
- Travel / Tourism
- Fukuoka Pref. Itoshimashi Shimakoganemaru
- A coastline that follows a bow-shaped sandy beach and pine forest stretching around six kilometers from Keya no Oto to Nogita beach. In the summer its calm waters are popular as a swimming area, and it has been named as one of Japan’s top 100 white sand and green pine beaches. The sight of a blue sea bathed in orange from the setting sun is exceptional.
