    Yaya Dining is a restaurant located in the Hotel Dogo Yaya in Matsuyama City. The restaurant's specials are made using vegetables grown without the use of agrochemicals on the restaurant's own organic farm. A breakfast buffet and lunch buffet are provided. Besides organic vegetables picked fresh that morning and home-grown rice, there are also other delicious menu options, included hot French toast. Yaya Dining is very popular not only with tourists, but also with locals.

    ホテルの朝食付きプランで利用しました、朝だけの営業となります。 売りでもあり「朝食バイキング」ですが、ホテルの規模を考えると料理の品数や味の方も頑張っている方だと思いますし、美味しいです。 スタッフさんもテキパキと仕事をしていてプロフェッショナルだと思います。 がっ！当ホテルに宿泊していない人が、お店の評価が高いからと言って外から来店すると過度な評価なんだなーって感じがすると思う・・・

    Located opposite the Dogo Onsen Honkan hot springs hotel, the Dogo Beer Brewery Restaurant is a beerhall where patrons can enjoy Dogo Beer delivered directly from local brewery Minakuchi Shuzo. There are also a wide range of local specialty dishes to enjoy, including senzanki (fried chicken made using the local Iyo chicken breed). Tourists often drop in on their way back from visiting the hot springs, and it is common to see patrons wearing yukata. A wide variety of other meal options are available, including o-zen (trays with several different small dishes of food) and tai-meshi (rice with minced sea-bream); the lunch menu is also very popular.

    TVで派手に宣伝していて、おしゃれな感じがしたため、わざわざ、電車に乗って、水曜日の8時ごろに行ったが。思いっきり閉まっていた。hp上の、openは、lastまで、という記述は、大変、わかりづらい。はやくしめるのならば、その日のhp上でも、お休みしました、と表示すべき。今どき、わざわざ、電話してまで、確認するひと許りではないのだから。蔵元屋のように、ちゃんとあけてなきゃ、お客さんは、つきませんぞ！

    焼き鳥だけでなく、天麩羅や焼きおにぎりなど色々美味しい。つくねは柔らかくて特におススメ。道後界隈で、手軽に行きやすく駐車場も横にタイムスがあるので便利。

Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
