    出雲市の友人を訪ねました。お店の人ひととの会話から、彼の御用達なのだと思いました。大変丁寧な接客でした。ランチの時間でしたが、どの器も夏の季節に爽快感をもたらすもので、その上に盛られた創作和食料理料理の味を引き立てていました。とてもきれいな料理ばかりでしたので、写真を投稿します。次は夜にも行ってみたいと思いました。

What Shimane prefecture lacks in size and population, it makes up for in scenery and ancient mythology.
