    This longstanding restaurant is located in Taisha Town, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. It is quite close to Taisha’s harbor, allowing it to serve banquet meals and deluxe courses that use plenty of freshly caught fish and vegetables. The seasonal night courses “kamiari gozen” and “makomo gozen” are very popular. There’s also a famous ramen dish made with a soup that’s been used for over half a century, as well as the “Taisha yakisoba,” which you pour soup over. The local cuisine served here is popular with both locals and tourists.

    ガイドブックに掲載されていたので行ってみたが...代表者作の焼きそばはじめ、揚げ出し豆腐、おでんもイマイチのお味。鳥の唐揚げはおいしかったが、団体客がいたのか個人客は後回しで、サービスも良くない。 出雲大社付近では夕食を食べられる店が少ないので訪問したが、がっかり。これならコンビニ食の方が良かった。

    全国チェーンの天下一品の出雲店です。おすすめは、豚骨ラーメンです。こってりとした旨味の中にもコクとまろやかなスープと細麺がよく絡まって美味しいです。

    「肉そば」を食べたくて行きました。中温して運ばれてきた肉そばを見ると、予想に反してややボリューム不足に感じます。醤油味のスープは、好みでコショウを加えて自分好みにしました。入れられている肉の味も普通です。全体的には、味がまとまりすぎていて、美味しいのですがインパクトに欠ける感じでした。

    店内に入った瞬間、失敗したかも？と。看板にラーメン ギョウザ 専門店と書いてある。不味い方の専門店だと。注文して間もなくしてラーメンが来る。見た目からしてNG。スープ、麺、ともNG。ほとんど食べずに退店。

    ラーメン専門店だが、いわゆる尖った系ではない。名店を目指すのではなく、大衆人気店を目指している感じがする。だから、丼に気負いがなく、リラックスして食える。食べたのは味伸ラーメン650円。要は、トンコツラーメン。スープはややこってり、麺はツルッと太め。味自体は、大衆店として十分満足できるレベルにある。そのせいか、昼14時過ぎてもお客が回転している。

    住宅街の中にあり、駐車場も店内の席も少なくいつ行っても満席で待ちます。 割子そばをいただきましたが、 ここのお蕎麦は細めでとても腰があり、美味しいです。 皿ごとに違う薬味で味も飽きません。 ３段でお腹いっぱいになりました。 メニューには蕎麦のほかにうどんや丼ものもあり、子供からご年配の方まで満足できるお店だと思います。
