Susami Roadside Station is located along National Route 42, about a 15-minute drive from the Susami Interchange or a five-minute walk from JR Esumi Station. A special attraction is the Susami Municipal Aquarium of Crab and Shrimp right next door. Just a five-minute drive farther along the road is Esuzaki Point, a National Natural Monument, one of the many nearby scattered scenic sightseeing attractions that make this area so wonderful. The restaurant's flagship dishes include Deep-Fried Local Lobster on Rice Dinner and Saury Sushi, and it also sells a unique Lettuce Dipping Sauce. Another shop on the premises sells freshly caught local fish.

This roadside station on National Route 42 is approximately seven minutes by car from JR Kushimoto Station. The Hashigui-iwa Rock is a National Natural Monument. As the facility's name suggests, you can get a good view of it from the premises. There's a clear view from the observation deck of the unique scenery of its 40 large and small formations scattered offshore. The roadside station is a good place for a quick bite to eat there with items like French fries and fried yakisoba noodles, and their soft serve ice cream made with locally grown ponkan oranges is especially popular. The facility's shop sells lots of items featuring plums and jabara citrus. It's open 365 days a year.

"This is a miniature ""independent country"" that has in Susami Town in Wakayama Prefecture as its domain. It is located next to Inobutan Land Susami Roadside Station along National Route 42. It was founded on May 4th, 1986, and named after the ""inobuta,"" a wild boar-pig hybrid that originated here. The ""Inobutan Castle"" is inside the roadside station, and in the VIP lounge stand figures of the king and queen. The roadside station also sells local special products and provides information about the area. Every year on May 3rd, they celebrate their ""national founding day"" with an ""inobuta derby"" and a morning farmers' market, attracting large numbers of visitors."
