    A two-minute walk from the Marunouchi bus stop and a five-minute walk from Matsumoto Castle. This long-standing eel restaurant was established in 1920 and can be reached by leaving from Matsumoto Castle's Kuromon gate, walking down Daimyocho-dori Street, and taking a left at the second intersection. The restaurant serves Kansai-style kabayaki charcoal grilled, un-steamed eel with a secret recipe sauce. The restaurant's eel meat is not fatty or greasy, enabling diners to enjoy the true flavor of the ingredients used. The restaurant is dedicated to giving customers the chance to enjoy the flavor of traditional kabayaki inexpensively and in a casual environment. The restaurant's signature dish is its eel sasa-mushi - kabayaki grilled eel served with rice rolled up in a bamboo grass leaf. The restaurant also offers eel donburi rice bowls and eel combo meals; some of the restaurant's menu is also available for takeout.

    松本の友人に連れて行ってもらいました。 本当は持ち帰り専門店の様ですが、ランチのみ店内で食べられるそうです。 うな重をいただきましたが、鰻が一尾しっかり入っていて、香ばしくて美味しかったです。

    井上百貨店の地下にあります。うな重は、一切れ、二切れ、三切れが選べます。一切れで2000円ほどです。カリッと焼かれて、タレも美味しくかかっているので、一切れでも満足できる感じでした。肝吸いも付いています。テイクアウトもできるようです。

    駅近くにひっそりとある、鰻とスッポンのお店。鰻は蒸さずに焼いています。白焼きはあっさりとしていて塩味も控えめ、わさびと相性が良い。肝焼きも美味です。生姜の効いたスッポンのスープも美味しい。気持ちの良い男性二人のお店、一人が焼き、もう一人がお店を。

    平日ですが、満席でした。 うな重、エビフライ御膳をいただきましたが、味、ボリュームとも満足です。 ランチで伺いましたが、夜は予約が必要のようです。 また伺いたいと思います。
