    "A branch shop owned and operated by Itsumi Ushioya, a company which sells primarily marine products from the Sea of Japan with an emphasis on the ingredients and seasonings. The shop carries products befitting the Ishikawa area, such as signature seared Japanese amberjack tataki for Noto in Kanazawa. In addition to products perfect for taking home as souvenirs like flavorful seared amberjack tataki loaded with rich, melt-in-your-mouth fat; and seared salmon tataki; the Kanazawa Hyakubangai location also makes and sells bento box lunches. The ""Noto Awabi-meshi"" abalone rice bento box is particularly popular, and consists of tender sliced Noto abalone over Ishikawa-grown Koshihikari rice."

    "The Kanazawa Hyakubangai location of Tsukuda no Tsukudani, whose main shop is located in Shimoshin-cho. The shop sells tsukudani foods boiled and preserved in soy sauce made with select seasonings and without the use of any food additives whatsoever. Preserving the flavor, color, and texture of the ingredients used, the shop sees many regular customers who come seeking the delicious, undisguised flavor of Tsukuda's products. The shop's best seller is its ""Kaga no Hakuho"" -monaka wafers filled with wild chestnuts cooked in Kanazawa komeame rice syrup. Other popular products include the ""Utsuwa Chazuke,"" a tsukudani-filled monaka featured in the media which can be used to make a simple and tasty tsukudani chazuke by simply pouring hot water over it; and the ""Hitori Hitori"" single serving-sized tsukudani."

The shop's popular kinko, sea cucumber that has been boiled and dried, is tenderer than fresh sea cucumber. The shop also sells other seafood products like shiokara salted and fermented seafood paste as well as items like soap made with sea cucumber extract. The shop's preserved sea cucumber key chains make great gifts and mementos.

    This facility is the headquarters of a local Ishikawa fisheries company. The company both makes and sells marine products on-site. The company is particularly famous for its pickled blowfish ovaries, a rare delicacy found nowhere else in the country. Ordinarily, the ovaries of the blowfish are highly toxic, but a traditional three-year-long pickling process renders them perfectly safe to eat. This production process is only allowed to be carried out in Ishikawa Prefecture. The company also began offering factory tours in 2018. Every Saturday, those who have made an advance reservation can see this highly restricted process. After the tour, you can also try the company's products in the adjoining cafe.
