    A restaurant and gallery inside a remodeled storehouse on the grounds of an old mansion dating back to the Edo period. Here you can get acquainted with an historic Japanese building and the country’s beautiful culture while enjoying a delicious meal. The differently decorated first and second dining areas are spectacular, but so are the new private dining rooms, halls, and tea room surrounded by bamboo and moss.

    A five-minute drive from Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. This restaurant consists of a hoto udon noodle restaurant area and a traditional kaiseki course cuisine restaurant area. The noodle restaurant portion serves up over 23 varieties of hoto udon, and here you can try the Itsukaichi Hoto, a recreation of the kind of food enjoyed in the area from the 16th century. The kaiseki cuisine restaurant serves course meals made with an abundance of seasonal ingredients.

    The kaiseki (traditional Japanese formal cuisine) restaurant Ichukyo is located along Prefectural Route 63 in Fujihashi 2-chome in the city of Ome. The monthly changing menu offers four set dinner menus, and there are also set menus that are served only at noon. The restaurant takes full advantage of its location in a Meiji-period building, and diners can forget the passage of time as they enjoy their meal in this relaxing setting.

    This is the best in the area for sure, in comparison with Tokyo’s fine restaurants still on the top list. The garden & the restaurant are too beautiful to mix with old but well maintained mansion...

    福生の住宅街の中にある知る人ぞ知るウナギと天ぷらの専門店です。友人に連れられて初めて行ったこの日は、ウナギ４分の３尾の蒲焼きがのったうな重「しぶ身」をいただきました。ご飯の盛りを少し良くしてもらい（大盛りにしますか？と聞かれます）、そこにたっぷりとタレのかかったうな重は、絶品。とてもおいしくいただきました。

    家族4人で利用しました。前日に予約し、個室に案内されました。床暖房のあるテーブル席でした。ランチは何度か利用しましたが、ディナーは初めてでした。「先付・造里・本日のにぎり一貫・煮物・焼き物・揚げ物・美味しい寿司・椀物・デザート 」で、鮮度の良い魚介類をおいしくいただきました。

    石臼で挽いた職人手作り蕎麦会席を友達とランチにいただきました。今まで食べたことない蕎麦の食感に驚かされます。歯ごたえがありとても美味しいお蕎麦です。お蕎麦の前に出てくる湯葉や天ぷらも最高です！雰囲気も良くゆっくりお友達と長話して帰ってきました。夏は目の前の川で川遊びもできます。その他鮎会席やうなぎ、カジカの唐揚げイノシシ鍋等なかなか都会では味わえないメニューがえり景色も雰囲気も良くおススメです。
