    A well-established restaurant in Saiwai-cho, Odate City that first opened in 1893. They've been known for their special Kiritanpo (toasted pounded rice skewers) Hot-pot, made with a secret Hinaijidori chicken broth and hand-picked ingredients, ever since their founding and it's currently offered year-round (reservation required). If you'd like to enjoy the flavor of a traditional Japanese restaurant with your family at home, they also offer their Hokushu Club Kiritanpo Set.

    北秋田市の中心部、旧鷹巣町にある割烹のお店。おいしいうなぎがいただけるとのことで初めて訪問しました。 お店に入るところにある水槽にはすでに元気なうなぎさんたちが泳いでいました。 おいしいうなぎを堪能することができました。

    秋田旅行最終日、春休みの金曜の夜で、事前にチェックしていたお目当ての居酒屋が満員でした。途方に暮れてふらふら歩いていたところ、レトロで民芸調のこちらのお店を発見。おかみさんにおススメを聞き、秋田の名物や旬の食材を色々つまみました。どれも美味しく、お値段もリーズナブルで大満足。アットホームな雰囲気で、女性一人でも楽しめそうです。

    サザエを軽く味付けして焼いたものでしょうか？これがまず絶品。マグロとウニをかき混ぜ海苔で挟んで食べる味は最高。ハマグリのお吸い物も美味しい。クジラの竜田揚げでしょうか？これまた絶品。〆のおそばがこれまた絶品。会話も弾み、酒もどんどん進みます。隠れた名店だと思います。

    秋田だけではなく東北を代表する夏祭り竿燈まつり、その会場そばにある料亭へ訪問しました。 竿燈まつりの際は特設の桟敷席も設けられ目の前で竿灯祭りを楽しむことができました。 北海道から来たお客様と訪問しましたが大満足でした。

    なかなか回らない寿司やさんに行くことが無いので、ドキドキして入店。なにがおすすめか分からなかったので、5000円でおすすめを、おすすめな順番で握ってくださいとお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。おいしかったです。

    法事で親戚を連れて行きました。門から玄関までは美しい日本庭園で別世界のよう。部屋は和室に椅子。大正か明治時代にタイムスリップしたようでした。一番安いプランでしたが、一品一品が素晴らしく、またゆっくりお食事できたので大満足でした。サービスも最高。東京だったら何万円も払うんじゃないかな。

    横手市雄物川町にはゆっくりランチができるお店が少ない中、ここは掘りごたつでゆっくりできるのでたまに寄っています。 ランチも品数が多くて満足できます。
