    An irori-yaki skewer barbecue restaurant located in Kamiyugi, Hachioji City, Tokyo. Diners are provided with skewers of vegetables, seafood, river fish, and specially raised hinadori (young chicken) to grill over an irori hearth placed in the center of a sunken kotatsu table. Hinatoriyama is also renowned for its fuku-fuku tofu-nabe, a hotpot dish which comes with a tofu specially made with Hokkaido soybeans and natural Minamidaitojima nigari bittern.

    土曜日予約をして行きましたが空いていました。こちらはコロナでも個室ですし、お料理は船で運ばれてきますし安心してお食事を楽しめました。お料理も美味しかったです。炭で自分たちで焼くスタイルです。炭焼き美味しいです。１人必ず1コース頼まないといけないのであまり食べれない方は多すぎると思いますが‥単品だけでもOKとかその辺融通が効くと良いと思います。

    Isehiro is a veteran yakitori skewered chicken shop since 1921 located at Kyobashi Station near Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Exit. Guests enjoy professionally prepared yakitori featuring meat from hens in their prime as well as other carefully selected ingredients like leeks and shiitake mushrooms. The quaint interior has a counter, Japanese style tatami mat rooms, and private seating available for gatherings.

    This yakitori shop opened in 2016 and its yakitori made with fresh jiyodori chicken that is full of umami are carefully grilled over Tosa binchotan (high-grade charcoal produced from ubame oak) for outstanding consistency and juiciness. They also offer various other items on the menu such as their specialty 100% soba (buckwheat flour) noodles served on a basket steamer, mizutaki (chicken and vegetables boiled in plain water or dashi and served with dipping sauce) and shabu-shabu. Their popular skewers are “toridoki”—jiyodori chicken thigh and breast meat wrapped in skin. The relaxed ambience of an old Japanese-style house is also appealing.

    週末15時過ぎにもかかわらず、ランチメニューと同じものと思われるメニューの提供があり、一人で立ち寄ったので大変嬉しかった。すき焼き鍋御膳をいただきまさ。 量はお腹いっぱいになる量で大満足いくものでした。 店内も落ち着いたいい感じの清潔感ある店内につき、一人でも大人数でもおすすめです。 また何かの際は家から近いので利用したいと思います。

    初めて行ったとき接客、料理の味に満足していました。2度目の来店時、スタッフの態度にやる気を感じない。会計時にKITTE丸の内の金券を見せるなり、「GO TOとの併用はできませんよ」とそっけない応対。後で、KITTE丸の内インフォメーションセンターに問い合わせたら、併用できるとのこと。自信たっぷりに間違ったことを言うスタッフ。料理の味は良くてもまともな会計、対応ができない店に行く理由はないですね。

    裏路地にあるモダンな店構えいかにも大人の隠れ家的。店内もシックで六本木の喧騒を忘れてくつろげます。テーブル席や個室もあるようですが焼き場が見えるカウンターがイチオシとのこと。マスターが作りたての焼き鳥をテンポよく出してくれたり、料理との相性を考えてワインを勧めてくれたりとカウンター越しのコミュニケーションも楽しい。発酵調理のお通しやつくねがユニークで面白かったです。オレンジワインも美味しかった！
