    This hot spring bathhouse is located a one-minute drive from Nakaso Station on the JR Joban Line. Its Seki no Yu outdoor baths are said to help with ailments including cuts, burns, chronic skin diseases, chronic women's diseases, and weak constitution. The baths are notable for offering great views of the majestic Pacific Ocean all year round. Some of the bathhouse's other bathing facilities include cascading shower baths, saunas, and indoor baths which is fed with the natural hot spring water that bubbles up naturally from 1000 meters under the bathhouse. This bathhouse also offers day-use banquet packages that include use of the baths and a meal at the on-site restaurant with unlimited drinks included.

    A hot spring bathhouse in Sahako, Jobanyumoto-machi, Iwaki City. The baths are fed by a natural free flowing sulfur spring that helps with skin diseases, women's diseases, and high blood pressure. Baths include two indoor baths, one rock bath and one cypress bath, as well as baths for physically challenged (reservation required). The building is a reproduction of late Edo-period architecture and including an exhibition area with hot spring information and a banquet hall.

    This footbath facility is located right in front of the Onsen Jinja bus stop. In the plaza next to the Museum of Ujo Noguchi, there are two types of footbaths, a hand bath, and a pet-only footbath. The footbaths have sulfur-scented water flowing directly from the source, with one being hot and the other lukewarm. The park is popular with local residents as a place of relaxation and as a communication spot with tourists. Many events are held in the park throughout the year as a local event space. There are benches in the park, and you can see a stone monument with the remains of yutsubo (hot water vessels).

    This health-promoting hot spring facility is located about a five-minute drive from Yumoto Station. On top of a hill at the end of the Yumoto Tunnel, there is a hot spring bathing facility, 25-meter pool, training room, and break room. The spacious facility is famous as one of the few health promotion facilities in Japan that offer hot spring therapy. Hot spring therapy based on medical care is said to be effective in relieving symptoms of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. The facility also offers a variety of health classes and training courses such as water exercising.

    A hot spring district counted as one of Japan's great Three Ancient Springs alongside Dogo Onsen in Ehime Prefecture and Arima Onsen in Hyogo Prefecture. The area's natural sulfur springs, whose waters are drawn from some 50 meters below the surface, generate an astounding five tons of piping hot water every minute. The hypotonic, mildly alkaline high temperature sulfur springs here are a variety found almost nowhere else in the country and have been used for over 1,000 years. Their colorless, slightly saline waters, freely distributed throughout the town, are said to enhance beauty, detoxify the body, alleviate hardening of the arteries, and ease high blood pressure. The town also cultivates balneotherapists, hot spring health technicians able to provide medical hydrology- and preventative medicine-based advice on hot spring therapy, and here visitors can consult with these qualified persons on how to healthily and best make use of hot spring baths.

    東日本大震災以降、閉まっている旅館やお店が多く、寂れた感じが否めませんでした。でも、食事付きで日帰り入浴の出来る旅館があり、復興割りを利用して5000円で1日楽しめました。

    ここは2人以上でないと泊まれません。一人ビジネス利用は無理かな。温泉期待してたのに残念です。結局、近所の「大八荘」というところに泊まりました。素泊まり4千円でした。

    周りを森林に囲まれた場所にありました。立寄り温泉で利用しました。内湯のみですが広々としてゆったりできました。

    特筆すべきは泉質の良さ。ぬるぬるの美人湯タイプです。夜と朝食前に入ることができます。 また、刺身を追加するプランにしたのですが（一人＋2,000円）これが大正解。いわき市の海の幸を満喫しました。夕食にはスキヤキも付いており、これも良い肉を使っていて美味しかった。ちなみに、冬季はあんこう鍋になるそうです。 建物は年季が入っていましたが、清掃は行き届いており問題ありません。昭和の由緒ある旅館という感じ...
