Iwaki Yuttarikan
This health-promoting hot spring facility is located about a five-minute drive from Yumoto Station. On top of a hill at the end of the Yumoto Tunnel, there is a hot spring bathing facility, 25-meter pool, training room, and break room. The spacious facility is famous as one of the few health promotion facilities in Japan that offer hot spring therapy. Hot spring therapy based on medical care is said to be effective in relieving symptoms of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. The facility also offers a variety of health classes and training courses such as water exercising.
